Ok here is the problem that I am having.

I am a 28yr old male and I have a really hot 19yr old girlfriend with a tight sexy little body, we have a very healthy sexual relationship and everything is great. The problem that I am having is that when we are having sex I don't have any problem with getting it up and keeping it up, the only thing is for some reason I cannot orgasm. This problem has been going on for about a month and a half to 2 months and I am getting concerned about this problem that I am having. The strange thing is when I am masturbating I have no problem with climaxing at all, so I don't know what the problem is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading and thanks for any help you can give me.

I would like to inform everyone that I think my problem is fixed and I am now having no problems with ejaculating during sex and I am very very happy as you can probably understand. I would like to thank everyone for there help and suggestions with helping me through this issue.

Yeah -- I'm really glad that it helped!

It's also always good, for the sake of the next guy, to know what was most helpful.

I dont really know what it was that changed I think I was concentrating to much on the final ejaculation than the love making itself and I think that is what the problem was, once I stopped thinking about it so much it just came back to me and everything is great now

I think that's what the last guy said too - that relaxation was the most important thing. A lot of the time, you can't put your finger exactly on what helped most, and a lot of the time, just hearing about it and then 'sleeping on it' does the trick.

I had an experience trying to learn to knit, decades ago, where my stitches were so tight I couldn't scoot them off the needle. It was horribly frustrating, starting over and over again. Telling myself to make the stitches looser, repeating that to myself with every stitch, did nothing to help. I was still strangling the needles with uptight little stitches that refused to budge. I decided to do nothing, and set it aside for a couple of weeks to sleep on it. When I picked up the needles again a few weeks later, everything was fine, and the tension was gone from the stitches. It was all performance anxiety. For knitting!

The author of Take Off Your Glasses and See, Jacob Liberman O.D., Ph.D., does seminars for eye doctors in which he explains eye exercises for relaxing the eyes. Many of his audience listen to the first day of lectures, then come back the second day without doing any of the exercises, but with their vision testing better. Just accepting that relaxation does the trick, and sleeping on it, can be so helpful.
