| Czecha New Member 1 Posts 5/12 | Hi, I've recently gotten into the EU porn business. Any pros here got some tips for shooting for several consecutive days. The problem is I get really sore in my pussy and ass when shooting for several days in a row. I've often had to cancel scenes cause I was just too sore from the one the day earlier. Any way to get around this, or is it kind of just how it is ? Thanks =) [Link] |

A small dildo would work as well. During the scene make sure the male lubes his penis liberally before inserting in your vagina or anus, especially if he is using a condom. First anal insertions should also be slow and easy. Of course if you are performing in solo or lesbian scenes lube up the dildo liberally before inserting it into your vagina or anus as well. One more thing -- find out what you are expected to do before agreeing to the scene. There are some producers that expect female talent to perform in what I like to call circus acts such as double vaginal and double anal (two penises in the vagina or anus). There are also a few producers that expect female talent to have sex with bowling pins, champagne bottles, large cast-iron pipes, etc. (the Netherlands is known for this). I suggest avoiding these scenes as they are dangerous and can lead to medical issues such as loss of control of fecal matter ejection (requiring an ostomy bag). If you arrive at a scene and the producer tries to get you to do these things, walk away from the scene. I would assume that there is an HIV testing protocol if you are in any size city or country at all but insist on an HIV test before performing with someone. If someone is HIV positive, keep your vagina, mouth and anus at least ten kilometers from that person! A full sexually transmitted disease panel test would be nice as well. |

Thus, some of us have faster 'resets' than others, and many of us can handle daily sexual activity, at least until we reach a certain age. Thus, the first questions for Czecha are, "Do you have sex for several consecutive days in your personal life?" and "If you do, then are you sore afterwards?" If you do have sex on consecutive days and it doesn't make you sore then the problem is that your brain and body are not gearing up properly for sex on the porn set. If you can't count on your body handling the process for you then you are going to have to figure out how to do that prep work manually. I'm sure other gals in the industry have plenty of tips on the subject. [typo] Edited by - hardware on 5/24/2012 12:46:06 PM |
