At my starting point I had a great agent. He worked hard for me.. harder than most .. he kept me happy.. I was never in charge of negotiating rates.. he was.. and then he'd ask me if I was okay with it.. it was a simple process. But for all you know... I was making bank when I started.. Rates generally stay the same.. I said I'd do anal because I liked it I have zero regrets Don't you see how you jumping in with this could be a little rude.. you speak like you know how this stuff works..
