This is something I think that Jules Jordan should personally and publicly address to those fans of his and especially the fans of the ladies who's work is not being released in a timely fashion. Both here and on his own forums which he very rarely and sparely posts on. Busy man I am sure but a good businessman as I know he is has to be aware and cognizant that PR and customer relations are critical parts of a successful business. Not just having that trait in the past but maintaining it in the present and in the future.
