She's always been into drugs and I get the distinct impression she has been mentally ill for some time. She has been arrested many times in the past few years. Drug possession, public intoxication, breaking and entering, vandalism, assault, shoplifting, and so on. Most likely, she will never come back to the business, though she certainly needs the money.
Well, she had a miscarriage and got out of rehab for a bit last year only to disappear again. I don't know if she'll make a come-back to porn, but she's still in pretty good physical shape from what I saw of her, so it's possible.
