Unknown little details that tells you a lot about how pro she is. Last year I bought from her website a custom video. I had no paypall account so I figured I could buy her something from Amazon instead. She agreed. Amazon took for ever... I mean, for ever. The gift got lost for weeks until it finally arrived.
