Well I have some news to share with all of you. With the 2nd HIV outbreak in a little over a year I have decided that I no longer will be performing in the industry. The risks of HIV along with all other STD's and infections has always been there and something I accepted. However, I have decided the risks dont out weigh the benefits any longer. I have shot significantly less in the past year due to my ever rising career in the feature dancing circut. I no longer shoot 6-10 scenes a month because I am on the road doing shows, meeting fans, and doing competitions. I am also in a commited relationship and have been for 3 years, putting his health and life at risk is something I can not and will not proceed with doing any longer. I know I had planned on leaving you all with some great scenes I had not done yet, but it will not happen. the last scene I shot to date was for Brazzers. I haven't been in a gentleman's club in so long I don't know the exact rate. I would think that a porn star could get plenty for a lap dance, even if it isn't $1K yet. While I'm not an expert on strip clubs, nothing would turn off a devoted following quicker than ridiculously price lap dances. From what I've seen driving past some of the marquees of the local dance establishments, the clubs aren't recession proof either as they tend to offer 2 for 1 dances and other specials. As far as getting ripped off, a method the clubs employ to boost earnings for the girls doing lap dances is that they won't play a full song, but only a partial song. Notice it they next time you go in, no song is played full length. If you're paying $20 for a song, you're actually only getting a 2 minute dance instead of a 4 minute dance.

I actually noticed the partial song trick years ago when I was last in a strip club. $20 for two minutes isn't bad in my opinion if she is attractive and especially if she is Mackenzee. I think she would get more than $20, but even at $50 she would be one busy woman trying to make money. I had heard at one time that some non-porn star dancers made $700-$1K a night, at the rate you quote that is a LOT of dancing!!!
well you all certainly have some off the wall ideas of what girls REALLY make a night as a feature... strippers make more on average then i do a night simply because they are out there working the floor,champagne rooms, lap dances, and stages. i do get paid per show with an average of 2-4 shows a night depending on the club. however i am not working the floor for 10hrs... so maybe at a HUGE club i make $300-500 if people are serious tippers or buying dances/merchandise.... alot of things to consider is i still tip out my bar hand, the dj's, door guys, pay for flights, and traveling expenses.... you all are crazy hahaha "i live life with no regrets"

I hope that is after expenses and is per show and not per night. $300 a night isn't even worth you getting out of bed in the evening after making $1000+ per picture for one day's work. Of course it is a lot safer on the HIV front. Heck, I would strip if it would make you more money if you have to do all that traveling (of course I hate the different city every night life) to make a measly $300! As I said, I have heard of strippers making $1K a night, some more. Of course you have to decide for yourself what you want to do and it is better than slinging hamburgers and making ice cream cones at the local Whippi-Dip.
i make a set rate per show and with each feature gig it varies from 6-21 shows over the week. on top of that about 90% of the time i have all my expenses paid for by the club(hotel and airfair) and if not all expenses paid i get a "travel allowence". then you figure in the tips/merchandise/lap dances which is what i was meaning by 300-500 a night or more... it really just depends on the club. the past club i was at i did a few lap dances, but sold alot of pics with fans... every place is different... i have also been to clubs where i bank on champagne rooms(and no i dont do dirtttty deeds back there)... feature dancing for me has been overall more profitable then shooting.
