THE ORIGINAL NAME WE GAVE IT WAS THE LOVELACE AWARD... In honor of next year being the 25th Anniversary of the XRCO we would like to proudly announce a new category: The Lovelace Award (Best Deep Throat). Anything (NEW!) released in 2008 is eligible. This is an honor to go to an individual's performance and anything (NEW!) released in 2008 is eligible. Women only, naturally. Any suggestions on who you would like to see nominated? I just think it's an ill-advised idea. Unless you want to celebrate the starlet most abused by her suitcase pimp and most familiar with drug use and dog-fucking. If you were really on top of it, you'd name it after the performer who actually wins it, and in years to come you can award "The Schwarz" or "The Sasha" and create a really sex-positive vibe instead of reaching into ancient porn history to find the most cliched and baggage-laden name that exists.
