but most of the other american companies ive seen do not show the females vagina on the boxcover.

| LILZE Member 77 Posts 3/06 |  Posted - Mar 2 2007 : 3:07AMive noticed something. on the cover of most "mainstream" porn dvd film boxcovers, there are NO shots of the females vagina. its a small detail, but i was wondering, what is the reason behind this? i can't say that ive seen EVERY porn dvd box cover, but on almost every (american) porn boxcover, the female does not show her vagina. sure ive seen "underground" american amatuer porn that shows the females vagina on the cover. and of course, ive seen german porn imports, that show the females vagina on the cover. but it seems like, even the most harcore american porn films DO NOT show the females vagina on the cover. of course, on the back cover, there are plenty of vagina shots, but never on the front cover. am i wrong, or does anyone else notice that the vaginas of pornstars are always covered on the boxcovers of the dvds produced by u.s. porn companies? is there a reason for this? is there some law that forbids u.s. porn companies from displaying the vaginas of pornstars on the boxcover of porn dvds? i could be wrong, but i can't remember seeing a u.s. porn release that showed the vagina of the pornstar on the cover of the dvd. anyone have any thoughts about this?
