^Isn't calling people "hypocrites" very ironic coming from someone who claims to be opposed to pornography, yet is a registered posting member of a forum dedicated to pornography? Interesting.
I'm not into gay porn, and have no interest in watching it. So maybe I should visit the gay porn forum just to let them know how much I don't like it. You know, just in case there's a small likelihood that they give a fuck.

Society has devolved? Oh, yes, let's all go back to the good old days when morality ruled and non-white Americans knew their place. Oh, wait...
First of all, why does your kid have unrestricted access to the internet? If you don't let your kid wander all over town unchaperoned then why do you believe that a child should have unsupervised access to the virtual world?
Second, kids are human, too; they're going to screw up. Teaching kids right from wrong is important, but much of a parent's job is about giving them tools to get out of the messes they get into, because you sure can't stop them from getting in there in the first place.
Finally, there's a reason children of psychologists are stereotyped as being nuts, and children of preachers are stereotyped as being sex-crazed.
Stuffing something under the rug has never worked. Deal with it.

Are you kidding? AG isn't some out of the way position in the legal system. Obama would have had to have been very irresponsible not to.

I know that he has extensive discussions and vetting of the AG, what I mean is that I don't think pornography is even on the radar of Obama's concerns and I doubt it was a deciding factor in choosing the AG.

Isn’t ADT great? Just when I think it’s getting pretty dull around here, something like this pops up.
Tax Porn Now is a wonderful example of the porn adversary. He joins a porn forum to condemn porn! Admirable chutzpah, but what a colossal waste of time. We can bet he’s got his poster board and markers at the ready in case the guardians of other people’s morality need someone to picket the local convenience store for carrying Playboy or Cosmopolitan or whatever.
Just guessing, but what we have here, my fellow pervs, may be a former member of our brotherhood, perhaps one who became addicted to porn himself, ruined the family fortune, and drove out the wife and kiddies while he sat bleary eyed day and night in the soft glow of the computer screen with his pants around his ankles (hence his seemingly peculiar knowledge of the alluring Misses Snow and Thomas).
Now he’s ‘taken the cure’ with some twelve step program or something and rather than admit to himself that his own unfortunate addiction is a sickness, an emotional disturbance, he blames the porn, because it just can’t be his own fault.
So he crusades against porn because he has to believe that everyone is as weak and addictive as he is. Thus he turns himself into the conquering hero, a moral muscleman who overcame the fierce monster porn and has become the shining defender of “your average 12 or 13 year old kid” and will save him from mind rot and hairy palms (as if the kid's parents are incompetent and need him to do their job).
Odd that these people use our hard won freedoms of expression and assembly and due process to take away those freedoms from the rest of us: certainly proves Mark Twain’s observance that “nothing needs reforming so much as other people’s habits.”
W. B. Yeats said, “the best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity,” and it does seem that those who yearn to curtail the liberty of others, by regulating how we act and what we look at and what we think, are always a lot busier at it than we are at protecting our freedom.
If we value the happiness of doing as we please, not only enjoying porn, but reading anything we care to, saying what is on our minds, or going as far in this life as our determination takes us, we have to be as ready to defend what we value as TPN is to take it away.
Tax Porn Now, I hope and believe that you won’t be kicked off this forum, not only because you are immensely entertaining, but because, whatever else we are here, who enjoy sex and its depiction, we would not dream of denying your right to say and do what you please as you would deny that right to us.

As I write this post there are 21 registered users, 209 guests browsing this forum. Considering that some portion of these numbers reflect people outside of the US, I think that you overate, the influence ADT'ers would have petitioning the government about anything, by a very wide margin.

Okay. Let's do nothing. Probably wouldn't help anyway.
There are always good reasons not to act, which is exactly why those few who do act have such a disproportionate influence in our affairs.

It may not be a waste of time but I doubt he/she/it realizes why. There are probably too many people here who never run into people like this "Tax Porn Now" fella and have either never saw or have forgotten how rabidly determined they are and just how extreme their views are. If his presence doesn't do anything else, maybe it will remind porn fans that there's still a very determined (and completely crazy) enemy out there.

DUEFUSS.
I'm not sure where you are getting your speculative psychological story about me from. In any case it’s mostly wrong. But somewhat correct. Yes I've viewed porn extensively in the past. And yes I want it removed. No I have not joined a 12 step program. I’m not addicted to it - yet.
Mind rot is exactly what Pornography is. It's basically a mental and emotional virus.
Yes there is free speech which I 100% support. And I support your right to view and consume porn. Just like I support your right to take drugs if you want. However when it infringes on others - then there is a problem. When you push your drugs on me or sprinkle Coke in my Pepsi and I get addicted you have infringed on my rights and crossed the line. You will find this at the core of any libertarian belief. Porn is doing this every day. Mainly with children and minors defined as being anyone under the age of 18.
Porn is out of control. It is a scourge. A plague.
In the past pornography was contained in society because you had to go out in public and risk being seen to purchase / view it. These usually involved seedy places where the lowest and most economically disadvantaged kind of people could be found. And as is the case with alcohol and cigarettes - you had to show proof of age to view / purchase it. Today it has exploded on the internet and is mainstream. It's out of control. It goes beyond the limits. It is actually not pornography - It's hardcore sodomy. Children are addicted to it. Its spammed to our homes, schools and offices; it intrudes itself on you without being invited.
My intention is not to ban porn. I do not support censorship. But my intent is to restrict it as much as legally possible.
First – I am helping to promote age verification legislation to view porn on the internet. This will mean you must input a credit card AND perhaps a drivers license number to PROVE YOUR AGE. This is totally reasonable and is the exact same thing you have to do with alcohol and cigarettes. This law already exists for Pornography. If you don’t believe me. Try ending your 15 year old son our daughter inside the "porn room". They will (should) be stopped and asked to show I.D. to verify their age. This would also apply over the internet and extend to any and every site offering sexually explicit images and movies. The government would enforced fines and penalties against sites who do not follow the law. This would generate huge revenues.
Second – Tax it. Tax it. Tax it.
Notice they are not “taking away” your first amendment rights anymore than they “take away” your second amendment rights when you purchase a firearm and pay taxes and undergo a background check.
Internet age verification will enforce the law while taxing porn will help our society immensely both fiscally and morally.

Nobody is suggesting racial apartheid. However I think it's quite amusing that people like you, who would accuse me of infringing on their first amendment free speech rights, would simultaneously support hate crimes and hate speech legislation.
Look where your morals are. Yes it's totally wrong and anti-free speech to enforce existing proof of age laws and raise tax revenue with the simultaneous added benefit of restricting your average 12 or 13 year old from watching the newest teen porn star fart out 20 loads of cum from her ass and lick it off the floor - but if Neo-Nazi's hold a rally and shout "nigger". Whoa! Stop the press! In THAT case free speech is hate speech and they definitely need to be stopped at all costs!
As you can see society norms and mores are now the exact opposite of where they were in the 1950’s. Including the added benefits of that era. Hope you like what you got. 8)

I'm sorry, but I was pointing out that your suggestion that some bygone moral utopia existed from which we have strayed is simply fantastic. Society never was, nor will it ever be perfect.
In regards to protecting children from internet porn, feel free to take your complaint up with that bastion of liberal thinking - the Supreme Court, as it was they, not I, who determined that the government did not have the right to put whatever burden it felt like upon the citizenry under the guise of saving the children. Having said that, I believe I've already pointed out the fallacy in your argument on that score. To whit, it is not incumbent upon society to make up for your failures as a parent. Granted, there may be situations where society is best served by doing so, but you have not made the case that the situation is beyond your control.
Furthermore, I feel compelled to point out that it isn't my freedom of speech you are attacking, because I am a consumer of porn, not a producer. However, I will defend their first amendment rights, just as I will defend yours, even as I rebut the substance of your remarks.
Finally, the Supreme Court put limits on free speech long before anybody knew a politician could be a liberal, so even if I were such a creature I would have no reason to feel your attack hit the mark. In point of fact, you have yet to say anything I feel compelled to agree with.

Aren't libertarians supposed to be against such things as excessive taxation and government over-interference in our miserable lives?
If this guy Tax Porn Now is a libertarian, I'm a royalist. And I'n not a royalist. Unlike TPN I actually believe in free speech and a free press. Because anyone who believes in those things would not tax an item for its intellectual or artistic content. Now those words may seem a foreign concept when applied to porn--they shouldn't be, but some feel that way--but let me ask this;
Do we tax action movies, martial arts movies, horror movies, contact sports, video games, and many more such works, for their violent content? Because there's a lot more explicit violent content in our society than there is explicit seuxal content, yet our society seems to tolerate the violence to a far greater degree than they tolerate the sex, despite the claims by some who study our society that the violence in our entertainment is harmful to us emotionally.
But we don't put a tax on those items based on their content, any more that we tax comedy shows based on the laughter they generate, or news shows based on the information they provide. Or newspapers or magazines--should we tax periodicals? They don't tax periodicals in my state--only the cover price for a magazine, regardless of what's between the covers.
Let the government find another way to pay its debts. Let the pro-censorship crowd obsess over sexually explicit entertainment by their lonesome. Imposing a heavy tax on erotica may be seen buy those who do not care for it as a way to curtail a form of entertainment with which they disagree.
I say it is an abridgement of speech, and to hell with it.

I've heard plenty of people say that TV rots your brain, with which I agree to an extent. So should we also ban, censor, or overtax television?
So someone forced you to join ths forum?
Sounds familiar. The prohibitionists said the same thing about alcohol in the early 20th-century. Anything that people don't like is considered a plague... to them.
And even then, people like you had a problem with it. Opposition to porn didn't just start when porn became available on the Web. Just recently, I saw a group of anti-porn protesters picketing outside of a local adult video store, which they've apparently been doing for years. I wouldn't be surprised if you were among that group. The fact that porn is now available on the Web just gives you guys a new excuse to protest against it.
So what? Other than the fact that it personally offends you, you're actually weakening your argument of why porn is a bad thing.
Here we go again. When all else fails, use the "save the children" routine.
I feel the same way about all the crap that shows up in my inbox for new credit cards, male enhancement drugs, on-line degrees, free money from dead millionaires in Nairobi, etc. Please tell me that you're working just as hard to ban all of these things too. In the meantime, there's this new invention I want to tell you about. It's called Spam/Junk Filter.
You're contradicting yourself. What you're proposing is exactly the definition of censorship.
First, you're behind the game on this one. With the exception of entering a driver's licence number, what you're proposing is already in place, since purchasing porn over the Internet already requires the purchaser to enter his personal and payment information. Second, how does your proposal have any effect on restricting underage access to on-line porn? You certainly must be aware that plenty of minors have credit cards and driver's licenses. So it still wouldn't make any difference. Third, requiring everyone to enter too much personal information, such as an unnecessary driver's license number, only infringes on the privacy rights of citizens and makes people more vulnerable to identity theft. So would you sacrifice privacy rights and on-line security just to satisfy your personal distaste for porn? If so, it's nothing more than a very selfish proposal.
It's very difficult for the government to tax something that it can't even define. Can't have it both ways. And fortunately, the government currently has more important priorities than worrying about what adults watch in the privacy of their own homes.

Perhaps you should work on your own control issues on a personal level, as opposed to trying to tax porn out of "permanence" for other adults who may be more comfortable with themselves / able to better achieve internal balance.
Your suggested remedies for the problems that you see (real or not) are a bit overly-broad, in my opinion.

To Tax Porn Now:
Looks like you didn’t get kicked off ADT yet. Guess you were wrong about that.
Clearly, you have not posted here to discuss this matter.
Whatever I or anyone says about it, your view of pornography will not change. Nor will ours, for that matter. Just as clearly, you’ve posted here to obtain just the response you have obtained: derision, insults and the kind of vulgar fury that no doubt verifies your prejudice that porn turns people into drooling uncouth beasts. We’re not beasts. We’re just enjoying you, but you see what agrees with your own opinion.
I will, however suggest some things to you if I may. Ignore them if you like.
Where did I get my psychological speculation? As I said, “guess” or, as you said “speculation.” If you did not run through the savings and destroy your happy home because of a porn addiction, I’m glad to hear it.
The “yet” suggests that you saw it coming, though. And so you conquered the approaching ruin about to be visited upon you by the evil porn, and have taken up the cause of keeping it out of the kiddies’ hands and taxing it. As the saying goes, “There’s none so pious as the converted whore.”
But you did once enjoy porn, derive something worthwhile from it. And it didn’t ruin you or rot your mind much, now, did it?
But of course you’re stronger and smarter and – what? – ‘purer’, perhaps, than everyone else, so the rest of us need you and your “tax” to protect our own weak little minds from porn.
Well, unless you you’re a little green man from Cygnus Alpha -1, may I suggest that the rest of us are probably just as normal as you are, neither more nor less susceptible to porn’s effects, whatever they are, than you. So either your mind’s rotten and your thoughts are not to be taken as rational, or porn doesn’t necessarily rot the mind. I admit to looking at sexually explicit stuff for half a century myself, yet, somehow me and my rotten little mind swindled colleges out of a bachelor’s degree, a Master’s and 4 years on the Dean’s list.
By the way, that’s a cute distinction you make – you don’t want to censor it; you’re against censorship. You just want to make it too expensive to buy or produce. You know, I actually think you believe that there’s a difference. There isn’t of course, but, as I say, you wouldn’t accept that, so I won’t waste my time arguing it.
I wonder, though, that you need to assure us that you “ do not support censorship.” Who are you trying to convince of that? Not us drooling pervs, surely. Who then? Yourself perhaps? There I go guessing again.
You say, “Yes there is free speech which I 100% support.” But, regardless of your opinion of it, the sexually explicit media you deplore has always, even by it’s biggest opponents, been considered a form of the “speech” referred to in the Bill of Rights and you do wish to “curtail” it. Call shit chocolate if it makes you feel better, but it’s still shit.
You know as well as I that censorship, and restrictions of free speech beyond that which incites or harms are dangerous. Censor porn, and tomorrow someone who doesn’t agree with you will be calling what you say “obscene.” That’s what censorship, even with the best intentions, does. It gives those who would control what we do something to label us with to give them control.
Think not? If you’re not an old coot like me you won’t remember the height of the Cold War when they succeeded in censoring Communist expression. In those halcyon days, anybody was able to ruin you simply with the accusation that you were or even once had been a communist. They didn’t need proof, either, just the accusation. It was done routinely and frequently.
230 years ago calling someone a Tory could and often did get them lynched. Such examples are disgustingly common in history. So common that it was the very first thing our founders sought to prevent. Among those examples are previous laws against porn that branded as “obscene” such mind rot as “Huckleberry Finn,” “Ulysses,” “To Kill A Mockingbird,” “Uncle Tom’s Cabin,” and “Little Women.”
You seek to ennoble your effort as a crusade to protect our children. “I am helping to promote age verification legislation to view porn on the internet. This will mean you must input a credit card AND perhaps a drivers license number to PROVE YOUR AGE. This is totally reasonable and is the exact same thing you have to do with alcohol and cigarettes.” Good for you. I’m with you on that one. I mean it.
And if you want some more support for your effort look on any porn site. You’ll see an “RTA” label, which allows parents, as I’m sure you know, to completely block access to the site. BTW, that RTA software that blocks porn access is funded by --- yep, you guessed it. But you know that too, I guess, because you go on to say “This law already exists for Pornography.”
If you really want to protect kids, what you want to go after isn’t porn or porn watchers or even the internet. You want to go after the irresponsible parents that don’t monitor what their children do, that don’t go to teacher conferences or make sure they do their homework; who let them run around and get pregnant. And that isn’t porn’s doing either. In 1957, when porn was Bettie Page and Dad’s Playboys, half of the girls in my own 7th grade class became pregnant. They were 12 years old.
Guns kill people. I don’t hear you wanting to tax guns to “curtail” them. No, people kill people, don’t they? Some who read the Bible do terrible things too. But that’s them, not the Bible. And some who watch porn do terrible things. But that’s them, too, not porn.
Once you enjoyed porn. We still do. When you enjoyed it, you thought some was bad, even disgusting, so you didn’t watch that. We don’t watch what we don’t like either. Now you don’t like porn. Don’t watch it. You have that choice. You can make that choice for yourself, but you have no more right or moral justification to make it for others than others do to force you to watch the stuff.

One thing Tax on Porn forgets. Porn will move off shore. And it will not have rules or regulations.
Don't think so. Check online gambling. It's doing very well without US taxation.
Big business is not going to allow the Tax on Porn crowed to interfere with international commerce.
I bet Steph would love moving to Cabo and sell porn from there.

You guys are like a bunch of old hens with nothing better to do than sit around dreaming up what to worry about next!
One poor misguided fella comes on here to rattle your cage about taxing porn and you oblige him by fretting over a porn tax as though it was wending its way through Congress and had thousands marching in the streets in support.
Now there’s a “tax porn crowd?” Where? Porn will just move offshore? Conjures up visions to me of seasick porn stars, bobbing around just outside the territorial limit. Porn’s already “offshore.” Hell, it’s everywhere!
Calm down will ya’ Stop encouraging TPN.
Do you not suppose that if it were possible to tax porn there would not already be a porn tax? Do you think this is a new idea no one’s ever thought of before; that TPN is so brilliant that he and he alone has given birth to the idea, based on some fiction he heard about it killing French porn (Hot Movies alone lists 1143 titles in French, some released just this week. That sound dead to you?)?
For one thing, in the fifty or so years since a significant market for sexually explicit material has developed, its opponents have failed to so much as come up with a specific definition of what porn is.
Please don’t refer me to the Supreme Court Decisions -- those are guidelines and absurdly vague ones at that, not definitions. They’re so vague, in fact, that successful prosecutions based on them have always been of the extreme stuff with clear misogynist elements like Max Hardcore and Extreme Assoc., both of which were argued not so much on what they were selling as on the way they were selling it. You can’t tax it if you can’t even say what it is.
And when, fellow tax victims, has this government ever – ever – missed a chance to tax anything if they could get away with it? Gasoline, booze, tobacco, cars, hotel rooms, our homes, nearly everything purchased. In PA here I pay a tax for the “privilege” of working so I can pay more tax. You think our honorable legislators would pass up porn if they could figure out how to tax it? In your dreams!
Relax! Leave the worrying and outrage to Tax Porn Now. It’s much more fun that way.

Sure it’s been discussed. When aren’t lawmakers discussing taxes? My point was they'd have done a lot more than discuss long before this if they could have.
I “put in a lot of time” to ease your worried mind, friend, not to put anybody down. You can say whatever you please here, and if what I say restrains your two cents, it’s because you let it, and, obviously, you haven’t let it. “[S]o ease up on other[s] who want to add their 2 cents to the discussion,” yourself. And I’m not an old hen, I’m an old rooster, damn it!

Your response is too verbose. It just goes on and on.
If you want your Porn my goal is to make you pay the most money by lobbying the politicians to tax it to the hilt.

It's already offshore. Not only that, but they are filming in areas with lower age of consent laws than the United States (18). That is a fact.
And if they are going to "export" pornography, eventually they will have to "import" it back to the United States. In which case there would be a HUGE CUSTOMS DUTY waiting for them at the "border" so to speak. We know the IP addresses of computers outside the United States. So this is totally do-able.
As an added "bonus" most 18 year olds from the Midwest who show up at a bus stop in Los Angeles would have ALLOT farther to travel. In addition they would be in allot more danger going to Mexico or Russia or wherever and they know this. This would be "too much trouble" and dissuade them from entering pornography in the first place. They might have to go to college instead.
In any case it comes down to a tax system. You can target IP address outside the United States and TAX IT. It can be done. Any websites offering porn and not paying taxes are tax evaders and would be prosecuted as such by the IRS. Any websites overseas that "smuggle" pornography into the United States without paying the "Customs Duty" to display it on a computer in the United States are also tax evaders and will be punished as such.
That gives the people through the government the FORCE they need to come after you and target your industry. WE CAN DO THIS. It all starts small. Just like how pornography started in this country.

This tax guy is an obvious (if verbose) troll.
This thread is baked.

Too verbose? Me? Well!
We'll keep it short this time -- well, short for me, anyway.
I am reminded of that scene in "Peter Pan" in which the poisoned Tinker Bell is restored to health when Peter gets the children in the audience to wish real hard for the fairy's recovery.
You sound like you are trying to keep your own personal Tinker Bell -- the porn crippling tax -- alive by concocting scenarios by which it might happen, and wishing real hard.
You can't possibly have believed this was the place to advance such a cause. You came here in the first place, I think, because it is a venue in which, without much effort or skill, at least you could get some reaction to your proposal, some little semblance of it being taken seriously.
I truly hope that making dire predictions of porn's demise to a collection of porn fans has given you some comfort. It certainly hasn't done anything else.
I know something of how much one can be tormented by his own anger. It really does corrode the vessel that contains it. All that's left of you after awhile is the desperate need to make others as angry as you are. For a while, you satisfied that need here. Good for you. For your sake I hope you can move on. Life's too short and it's pleasures too limited to waste on rage.
prfb is right. This topic is baked. If you have any sense, you'll bake it too.

Actually given all the troubles the Feds are having with money, and states like California & NY, I am sort of surprised that they have not eyed a tax on "entertainment". Whether it's a Veggie Tales kid video or 50 Man Semen Slam, and tickets to the movies..I'm sort of surprised it hasn't happend yet. Not because they're going after porn, they're just going after money. Entertainment would be a very easy and lucrative target.

^^^That's an interesting point. I would prefer that they did not, but I still maintain that any tax based on content alone, as the late unlamented TPN wanted to do, is an abridgement of speech, and to hell with it.
(I note that when I made that point earlier in the thread TPN did not offer a rebuttal. Perhaps he didn't have one. You think?)

TPN whoever, or whatever he/she is, thinks that taxes will somehow close down the porn business. That's foolish thinking. It may make it more expensive, but it won't drive it away. Tobacco has been taxed as hard and heavy as anything, and have people stopped smoking? I'm not aware of any of the tobacco companies going out of business. If people want it, they will get it. Cocaine is flat-out illegal, yet it's a billon dollar industry in the US. It's a dumb idea, even for the nuts who want the porn industry to be shut down.

I think that's it in a nutshell. Max is a pig, but so are a lot of other people producing similar vomit garbage. Max was simply the most well known. It's not a new phenomenon. It's all about time and place. There was, as everyone and their grandma knows, a HUGE fallout over the Traci Lords age scandal. However, by the time that Alexandra Quinn came around, times had changed, the films were removed, end of story. Meese and his people looked for a reason to shut down porn, and the Traci situation gave them all the amunition they needed. She was the biggest star of the era, whereas Misty Reagan, Ali Moore, etc fell under the radar as they weren't huge stars (before or after their underage appearances.) Traci was a tool, and they used that tool to achieve what they wanted. People are like that, it's not just government. We've ALL done something in our lives where we used something against someone else to achieve our own ends. It's human nature.
I *personally* feel that Max's work is offensive and obscene, however I feel uneasy about him being jailed because it makes me wonder what's next.

my personal feeling is children should not be allowed to see the horror movie commercials that were all over television before the christmas season, and will be back next january. i also think the horror movies in video stores should be kept in a back room like porn is. i have written a politician about this.
regardless of how many children may see them, the media saturation of horror movie ads makes me sick. i'd like to see the advertisers in jail. they deserve it much more than max.

That's a stupid argument. "The law is the law". Foolish, foolish.
Did you know it's a felony to put something in a mailbox if you're not a member of the postal service and the item has not been postmarked? Should everyone who ever put something in a mailbox serve time and be labeled as a felon? Of course not. "The law is the law" is an asinine argument.

Completed agreed.
I'd be much more comfortable with kids seeing television advertisements that had naked people in them than seeing even five seconds of most horror movie commercials.

This is an absolutely amazing point. Horror movies basically ruined my childhood, just through the commercials and seeing the VHS cassettes in stores. Child's Play made me afraid my toys would come alive and kill me; some other movie about an ax-wielding Santa Claus (Silent Night, Deadly Night?) really bothered me, too. I had an overactive imagination, and spent most of those years living in fear. Children should not be exposed to that sort of thing. To this day, I still have recurring nightmares about Michael Myers and Jason Vorhees, although I didn't see any of the films until I was over 18. (Watching them was mostly a cathartic experience, since they weren't all that scary.)
Watching people fuck, on the other hand, is harmless, so long as it's not violent or degrading. As a child, I would probably have been a lot better off knowing what a vagina actually looks like, for instance, rather than imagining girls with penises in my earliest fantasies.
And it's not like you can run away from horror movies. A few years ago, back when my wife and I had cable (we only use our TV for DVDs now), we were watching Seinfeld reruns over dinner. Some commercial came out for "The Hills Have Eyes 2," showing a monster sticking a long, penile tongue down a terrified soldier's throat. I felt sick, and lost my appetite. A week or so later, there was a commercial bragging about how they had to remove the previous one since viewers complained it was too disturbing.
Here in the city, there are always horror advertisements in the subway. One (can't remember what film it was for) was so disturbing that my wife actually collapsed when she saw it--she lost all strength in her legs, and would have fallen in a crowded Times Square station had I not been their to support her. She felt nauseous afterward. It was as if she had seen someone killed in real life.
The poster for the last Saw film, with some guy's head in a horrible device, is not something I'd want my children to see either (if I had any), but what can you do when it's in every subway station?
Seriously, all this exposure of horror, torture, and violence has to stop. But it won't, because that's America: seeing people hacked to people or blown up is fine, but heaven forbid our children see a nipple!

Max Hardcore is a creep but I don't think he should be jailed for what he did even though his videos are fucking disgusting with the vomiting and pissing.
However, I am concerned about this. I love seeing 18 year old girls getting pounded hard and just getting those tight pussies ripped apart by big fat cocks. This obscenity bullshit might end up getting that genre of porn banned.

I doubt it. But I'm surprised no fake IDs have turned up in the years since the T. Lords debacle.
