A couple of months ago I rented a Seymore Butts title, Welcum to Casa Butts . When I got home, I noticed that I was given the wrong disc (yeah, that never happens). It was Enlevements , a rape video 'directed' and 'starred' by French 'auteur' Patrice Cabanel for L'Oeil du cochon. It was one of the BIGGEST PIECES OF GARBAGE that I have ever seen, and believe me, I have seen plenty, both porn and non-porn. Even if we keep the absolutely vile subject matter out of the equation, this disc was the lowest of the lowest.
Seriously, if I would give my DV camera to my 2 year old nephew and told him to make a documentary about his father mowing the lawn, I would get a more interesting, entertaining and focused video than what I saw when I watched Enlevements .
And that is just the aesthetics of the matter. I am too much of a coward to touch upon the ethics.

With all due respect for your opinions (which you are entitled to) Curious Man was asking about dvds from the French company Oeil du cochon, not whether you like those movies, or that type of movie.

This was not meant as an attack on Curious Man, I have no idea which title he was after and this studio doesn't have only rape DVDs. It was just a knee jerk reaction...
