What the studios need to be concerned about is how this new company acquires content. On their website they make a pitch to all owner of 'LICENSED' content to add their content and make money off it. Here's the crux of the matter - they add that you must have as part of your license to said content, 'redistribution rights for marketing purposes' - NO WEB LICENSE CONTAINS THIS!
Please before you go letting a broker license your content read the license that is given to licensees carefully and enforce that license. An unenforced license is a worthless document.
