I can't confirm myself, but I see no reason why they wouldn't have been released online in 1080p, assuming that's what the blu-rays were in. It's easy enough to just compress the online file more than the blu-ray. In fact, most modern 4k videos are compressed about as much as older blu-rays were!
Most, if not all, of those scenes are available in 1080p as they were shot on HD digital cameras. I have collected over a dozen scenes in 1080p. Tori debuted in 2007 which is when HD cameras were filming most porn scenes, by the time she got huge 2009 all scenes were shot on HD cameras. Her Brotherload scene is full HD as you can see every pore on her skin in close up.
If you mean uncompressed Blu-ray HD, then that's unlikely as those files are simply too massive to deliver online(10GB+per scene). Blu-ray licensing is too costly to have all films shot in HD released on Blu-ray, so compressed HD is the only way to see her scenes, and as I said, they are very good.

The cameras are just a small part of it, though. DVDs from before '08 can look better than online compressed HD files from after '08 depending on the amount and type of compression. There's more to resolution than just counting pixels; look at the bitrate. For DVDs it's typically around 7-8Kbps, while compressed 1080p files can easily be around 4-5Kbps. What I've found is that online file resolution tends to be about as good as the previous generation of physical media (online 1080p looks about as good as most DVDs, online 4K looks about as good as most blu-rays, etc.).
^I've been predicting that if this thing is gonna grow out of control it really will be a silent killer that will almost be fatal to porn, it will be realized too late in all likelihood.
And this is what quality and good filmmaking dies to. Applause and praise for tastelessness and laziness. Its sad this is what its come to for so many viewers.
