I've been watching porn for more than 20 years. In that time, I can count on my digits (and probably wouldn't have to use all of them) the number of things I've seen that I'd consider truly "erotic." Yes, I've been turned on by nastiness and the simple fact that I'm watching people fuck, but when I think of eroticism, I'm thinking of something more, something that titillates my mind as well as my dick.
I bring this up because I downloaded a clip yesterday that I found truly erotic. It's "boner footage" from some DVD. It's a POV scene wherein a guy comes home from work to find candles lit and Jenna Haze waiting to give him a blowjob to help ease the stress of a long day. (Gawd, if only wives would do that!) It worked because the scenario was believable, the execution at least adequate. No juvenile-sounding interviews, no artificial-sounding dialogue, no stupid jokes, no misogyny, and Jenna actually looked like she'd spent more than five minutes getting into make-up and a nice summer dress for the scene.
FWIW, the other few things I've found erotic were things that indicated the girl was really having a good time, interviews where the questions appeared to be thoughtfuyl and the answers honest, and things that at least appeared to be unexpected or spontaneous.
An example of the former is a scene I've cited before, wherein Lil Bit/Reyna had to disengage from the two guys she was with and retreat to the end of the couch for a moment to recover from the intense pleasure she was having. An example of the latter was a scene with Natasha (whom I believe has since found enough money to afford the last name "Dolling") shere she's getting fucked, says she needs another dick and reaches out and apparently spontaneously begins blowing the camerman.
Another good example of something erotic was a scene in a JJ video with Cris Taliana. When it came time for the facial, she asked for it not in the way that 99.9% of starlets do when they ask for a facial, which is to unrealistically beg for a big load all over their faces, as if that really turns them on (yeah, right). No, what Cris did was exhibit an attitude that she wanted the facial because she knew the guy wanted to give it to her. It wasn't subservience so much as a recognition that her partner found the facial stimulating and a willingness to accommodate his desire. It was one of the best facials I've seen.
I wish we'd see more stuff like this, stuff that indicates that people are actually thinking about our minds as well as our dicks.
