There has been a bunch of discussion here in the forum about the quality and shopping experinces people have had with various online retailers. We are thinking about expanding our review section to include a section for store reviews.
I have a bunch of stuff in mind for the functionality of this area but am curious about what categories and value ranges forum members think we should use to rate the stores. Things like price, availability, customer service, etc., are obvious ones but there are plenty more. I would like to develop a decent list and provide guidelines for their use when writing store reviews.
I think this could be very valuable data for consumers, much like a BizRate for adult DVD suppliers. What thoughts and suggestions do you have for implementing this feature for ADT?
