I found a pornstar that I really like, I won't say her name, but I ordered a custom video in the second week of September and she still has not made it. I sent her 2 emails and she replied that she takes them in the order they come. But a month and a half, really? This is the second custom clip I ordered from her, and the first time the turnaround rate was like a week and a half.
If it was through a 3rd party I would have a chance at getting my money back, but this pornstar has her own separate pay page, which makes her customs more affordable as you don't go through a middleman.
The only proof I have is the charge and reference number on my credit card statement. Is there any possible way I could get my money back, or am I screwed? I used to love this lady, but now I can't even look at her, knowing that she probably has screwed me.
