How do you know it's 'real emotion'? I really doubt that actresses accustomed to anal work find it all that painful.
Often, if not always, it may simply be that they are doing that acting that you so denegrate. We tend to be far more critical of any scene that isn't our particular turn-on and, because it's what we like to see, far less critical of what arouses us. Believing it's real is a big part of the turn-on.

Question: is pain an emotion at all? I always thought it was a physical sensation, a response to external stimuli such as nail gunning or painful ass fucking. Pain is definitely real, but it's definitely not an emotion. If someone's a masochist and pain causes them joy, then that joy is a real emotion. Pain is just pain.
