you have to have releases for everyone if they are identifiable as well as products, we take down all pictures when we shoot or we have to have an artist release, we also cant show labels like nike etc, also car logos are a nono

I'm not criticizing you, btw, Kami. Even if they don't have legal grounds to sue over a logo, it would be totally unsurprising if some company did. And again, if you don't think they have the grounds, lawyers still cost you money.

On another note, I could've sworn I read that people aren't entitled to an expectation of privacy in public places. I always figured release forms were so producers felt secure against frivolous lawsuits (which again, even if you win, you might not get your fees covered by the loser, and you certainly don't get your wasted time back).

Can't they post a sign as a general release like you see at sporting events and nightclubs? You know, by entering these premises you agree to have your likeness appear on MTV's wax my crack. I always see those things around hollywood.

The 1st scene Angelina Crowe is posing in front of this statue in this huge public square in this large city and one of these guys (Erik Everhard, Robert Rosenberg, Steve Holmes) comes up to her and starts fondling her then she drops to her knees and starts giving him a BJ as all these tourists were walking by. Then she hikes up her dress and (Erik I think) starts fucking her. There are hundreds of people walking by and people on the other side of the street are stopping and looking. It's incredible. I never saw anything like it.
