It's already been mentioned, but to clarify, I'll briefly repeat the story. I'd gotten a parcel from them and the box had been crushed in transit. I use the media mail option which is free for shipping if you order a small amount ($25 if memory serves). It goes through UPS Mail Innovations and then is dropped into the USPS mail stream close to the delivery point. Not sure where the box got crushed, but several of the dvd cases were crushed so I sent an e-mail reporting the problem. Soon thereafter they responded saying to check my dvds and if I had any that wouldn't play properly they would replace the damaged dvd(s) and the cases. Fortunately all the dvds played and I told them to forget replacing the cases since the box looked substantial but got crushed by one of the delivery services. I just felt they were responsive and trying to be helpful. I have no idea why they may or may not use paypal. I'm also located on the U.S. west coast so there is a only a slight time zone differential. Hope you get your problem sorted soon. [Link] |
