I think I would be more sensible with my measly $30. Thankfully you don't do my budget. Target sells them, but I can't seem to pull the trigger. There is one that is a basic dry trimmer by Seiko that interests me. But I can't find it in stores.

If 30 bucks is that big a deal to you, get a cheap bag of disposable Bic razors....
I've got one and it works great. It's like the Braun that NewRomancer link to in that it can be used in the shower too. Don't even consider the Seiko. I had one and it's fine if you're already smooth but if you're any more that stubble it won't make it. Anyway the Body Groomer keeps the boys nice!
The Seiko is supposed to be used with a trimmer. I have been using a Remington Beard Trimmer for Five Years, and a Remington Small Ear/Nose Trimmer, and it has worked well. The motor on the small Remington is not strong enough though. I bought a Philips ear/nose trimmer that has a very powerful motor. But it will cut your genitals. Shame, because it can mow through hair. Personnel preference, but I can't trim, or shave in the shower. My complaint with the Seiko is it's to expensive for what it is. I would say try the Philips. If you don't like it take it back. Don't buy it online. You may find a good mid summer deal on it at Walmart, or Target.
