I liked what he did in his first years. He started his site, I was suscribed I had all his castings in vhs, and i buy them in dvd later on, only to discover that he changed some dtaes in a few scenes, I did not care then, and once in one of his earlier updates when everybody was praising his work i just posted that I personally did not like the girl from that particular scene, I swear didn't say anything nasty about her, my only complain was that i did not share all the enthusiasm the others where sharing with him about the model. He got angry at me and started calling me names, from that day I stopped my account and only watched with amusement his fights with other euro porn studios. He did some great things, I'm not deniying that, but is not the first time I've watch him rect pretty bad to criticism. I see that his release policy hadn't change at all, he is the only one that can explain why he choose that methods, but if works for him, is ok, I personally think that sometimes not all fans are right, but others they are, specially if they do not mean harm.

I'm a big fan of Pierre's work, but I have a big issue with the video quality of a lot of his releases from the Woodman sites. I know he has invested in new cameras and some videos, such as the recent casting of Lolly Gartner, is of a brilliant video quality. Although, Chloe Amour's anal debut was ruined by the awful video quality. I always watch in 1080p, but videos often appear to be a lower resolution and grainy. Hope Pierre can improve the picture quality of his scenes to the standard of 'Girlsdoporn.com' or 'Blacked/Tushy' etc.
Don't tell me about video quality please when I have been one of the first on earth to use 4K and offering 4 K on my site begining of 2014 !!! Chloe Amour was grainy yes, because as for the Christiana Cinn first video I put online I wanted it that way. it's a "style" and I understand some people prefer the Tushy high level of quality but he camera movement are very different because of all the light he is using, he doesn't not shot full sequence. It's also a style. I have always since my first day in porn shot in "plan sequences" and today I do the same with mostly natural light, except when really it's impossible to shot without any lighting but I don't like it. Firstly, thanks for your reply, Pierre. Not many other directors would make the effort. I understand you are passionate about filming in your style and aim to release your content in a high video quality, but in my opinion, I just find your content very hit and miss in terms of quality (some good, some not so good). I've seen some 4K videos from your site and even they can sometimes feel like they're lacking clarity. I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on filming or someone who has seen all your work, but I can only think lighting plays a major factor in the video quality sometimes being poor, in my view. Fair enough you prefer the style you shot Chloe Amour's anal scene in, but I know myself and many others found it overall very disappointing because the picture quality was so poor and grainy. In terms of the Lolly Gartner casting scene I was referring to, why do you think that scene looked so good in terms of quality? More light in the room? Whatever the reason, I can only suggest you aim to shoot scenes in this style more often. As for the new scene with Lolly, thanks very much. She is amazing!
I think we always back to the same point, if the casting was staged it will be simple to set up a certain level of quality and go that way. But as all is real I can tell a girl, ok my dear the room is full of light but it is only because I want see good the color of your eyes !!! I shoot in real ambiance as much as I can because I prefer less quality on video and maybe a bit darker that it must but keep this unique intimacy who let the girls feel more comfortable and able to have orgasm easier. Yup this also cut's down production cost since you don't have expense of lights, paying for set, etc.. If you want to see Woodman's best stuff as far as production goes i.e. exotic locations, sets, professional lighting, etc.. you'll have to go look at his old stuff from when he did work for a big company like Hustler that could pay for all the extra expenses! Like I mentioned before here I think I still own some of the print magazines (Hustler and Private) they used to put out like 20 years ago and it still looks better than most of the stuff they put out these days!

Looks like that one guy was on to something. One of the girls said on twitter that woodman used apple juice, not real piss. Lol. Wouldn't surprise me, he's just not an honest person. Every time he's asked to hire editors he says he's a control freak who wants it edited in his way but his videos are barely edited at all. A 12 year old could put together the videos with a primitive Windows Movie Maker software the same way Lol. That's just nonsense. The reason he's planning on holding out hundreds of unreleased scenes is for his retirement plan. I bet you some of these castings are gonna be posted 10 to 15 years later long after he's retired, seriously. Some have already been unreleased for what, 6 or 7 years. And that's fine if you're honest about it but he's not. He uses this method to keep people coming back to his site. It's got nothing to do with not having time to edit, competitors, pirating etc. He will never admit this though.

I agree with some of your points, but not with the tone. It is true that he was a great director in the 90's and early 2000's but he has been doing the same stuff for decades. He claims otherwise, time will see if he was right. I liked some of his old stuff, but nowadays I do not care of any new work that comes from that site, there is plenty to choose from, people only needs to find what they like moore and voila. His battles with LP and others in any forum are turning a classic feature also, i do not like LP either but is for differente issues. Rocco did the same with his site, and is not the only one using hotel rooms, and holding his own camera, a few videos that way are funny to watch, all in the same line.........

Woodman Entertainment going bankrupt was not Pierre's fault, "the Butler did it" .... hahahaha, LOL ! This is what I mean. There is no speaking logically to the man, or offering suggestions as consumers. He knows all about websites, production quality and content release. When you point out flaws, broken promises or have ideas, he responds with complaints, finger pointing and paranoia of being attacked. It is well documented that Pierre's mistakes led to the downfall of Woodman Entertainment. On EBI, he declared war against Private Media, signed contract girls for $300K, and produced X-Calibur for $800K. He did this at the height of the DVD market collapse. On EBI, after the DVD was launched, several of the EBI crew reported that Woodman Entertainment was in trouble as DVD sales were awful. The company went bankrupt and he lost his studio. Now he operates without a studio, just a camcorder and a membership to Hotels.com. This is at the root of his attacks against Legalporno. They are a full fledged adult studio and website. Woodman is a Handy Cam site.

Woodman, but no one can posibly believe that, any digital document has a date imprint when you recorded/created it, of course it can be changed after edition (specifically in document creation, and after subsecuent modifications of the file left a different imprint), but I seriously doubt that no one check date creation of the file with a simple click command in the computer, doing that in diferent editions only can be on purpose, I know because working with computers (data analysis, patterns and the like) is my daily job. Do not take it personally, is simply a respectfull opinion, but please do not treat me like an idiot, because I'm not that dumb. The date show in the image description was very clear, why change it?, only the person who did it can now for sure, but mistake is likely not the reason, but if you want to say so is your word, what is clear for sure is that video has one date in the vhs credits, dvd has another, and your site has a new one, wich in the end plays against you, because it looks like you are trying to alter the product to make it look newer when you shoot that movie, is a minor detail, but former older fans will notice easily. Is a nonsense, because nobody really care on dates, they only want to watch the action and that is all. As I said I quitted your site because I got dissapointed, you have a way to work and is ok if is what you like, and from others people comments you still doing the same stuff all over again, I do not like LP either they are in my opinion much better in imagination, but is my personal opinion, and I understand that others will like it. PW said it was a mistake on private company side, and I said that any one in an edition room could check the data easily, simple as that, but if they are correcting the data, then the thread suspicions are correct. I could even give a whole lecture on metadata, hash coding, etc but this is not the place for that. Please i would ask politely that you stop complaining about my comments when they are not of your liking (is not the first time you did this to me), I do not agree with most of your opinions in most threads, but you wouldn't find me asking you to stop because of that. I think when posted politely everyone is entitled to post their opinion, with some people will agree and with others we will not.
Just one final question in this and I'll stop asking about dates, ok?, I have worked for big companies also, private (what a small world we live in) was one of them, and in my department there was always a person who checked that everything were ok before releasing it on the web (in fact there where several layers of persons from consultants to art direction department), what are you telling me, is that you simply filmed your stuff, sended a copy of it to private studios with a paper note (fax or whatsoever), and before releasing the final movie on sale, nobody checked it or asked you to watch the master copy to be sure that everything where as you intented it to be?, no director's cut either? I know you where busy then filming and all the stuff, but is complicated to film a video and do not spent some time within the edition console checking that everything was ok, or perhaps private working model then was different of what any other company did at the time?.
