The movie basiclly brakes down like this.....
a)There is one only one really soft scene witch is mine "The first scene of the movie" because they wanted me to go full at it with my charecter and be romantic and act like a virgin...LOL, witch if you guys have seen my scenes i like it kind of ruff and crazy, so that for me was real acting.
b)In my opinion jesse did a great job with all her scenes "as always" and so did i, but janines BG was just stupid Hot, it was compleatly amazing and my favorite BG in the movie.
c)The GG scene both mine with Jesse Jane and janines with Jesse Jane is a Jaw dropping, there was extreamly agressive and crazy hot, i think its one of the best GG scenes i have seen of me out there, and there is some anal play and DP Play.And believe me when i saw its agresive and very Hot.
d)I heard people asking about condoms, for me i love to fuck but with how things have been lately better safe then sorry.....There are only 3 scenes in the movies with condoms all the others ones dont have it.
e) And last but not lease the special efects and dialog in the movie is so great, even do allot of people hate plots in movies, this is one that people would just want to see just for the plot and special effects, even do we know is for more then that.........But hey i am just saying...wink,wink!

Janine- I've been a fan of yours since before I got into the porn business. I saw Samantha of DP on the weekend, and she had nothing but amazing things to saw about you and about your scenes in the movie. I have to admit I haven't watched a Digital Playground movie in awhile (I'm more of a hardcore girl myself), but I'll be checking this one out for you. :)
I might add that I am pleased people who demand "historically accurate" settings, first think of condoms.

The first thing I am thinking of are teeth - missing teeth, teeth coloured other than bright white.
Men on buccaneer ships probably didn't shave their anal region and hygiene was also on a somewhat lower level. So prepare to see some fecal matter on hair in close ups. Haemorrhoids were also quite widespread back then.
The highlight of manicure and fingernail polishing is probably a dark rim under the nail.
Be cautious if you ask for historical accuracy in movies when it comes to hygiene, personal appearence and such.

My friends and I probably have different taste in sex scenes than someone reading this thread. Apparently, for the screening the sex scenes were cut down in order to speed the movie along, so they weren't able to give a full opinion on the sex in the movie.
One of them did say that he liked Janine's scenes the best, so I'm happy about that.

There is too much girl-girl action in this, therefore I don't think it will market well to couples. Females generally don't like excessive girl-girl action in their porn movies. The other scenes are too soft in my opinion.
It's as if the director Joone went out of his way to make something safe, weighing it too heavily with run-of-the-mill sex acts and excessive girl-girl action.
Yeah I agree way too much GG scenes. It seems that a lot of big budget porns or plot based movies have too many GG scenes. Now we all know GG movies are the best selling porn however I prefer to see hardcore BG fucking. Lesbian shit is hot but for me it ain't the same without the penetration and cumshot.

There are 10 sex scenes in PIRATES and 3 of them are girl/girl. I don't see how that's "too many girl/girl" scenes. Seems like there's just enough for girl/girl fans without alienating those looking for boy/girl sex.
I watched it today and I have to say that Pirates is a damn good film, I doubt you'll see a review for at least a week as I haven't gotten to any of the extras yet. It's worth the $35.00.

Nice review, I agree with almost everything you said. I liked some of the supporting actors though like Frank Bukkwyd and Brian Surewood I thought were great. I also liked Nhan alot. But some were disapointing so I do see your point.
sounds like this is a polar opposite of my favorite adult film. they played this one for the "couples" crowd and that's what it sounds like. I'll have to pass on this one.
