It contains many things your body is trying to get rid of. Medications and their by-products, environmental toxins, and the normal waste toxins of your metabolism. Most of your normal waste toxins are in harmless forms, like urea - which is a compound for carrying ammonia out of the body. Ammonia is extremely toxic in the body, urea is not. Substances that are not part of normal body metabolism can be completely unaltered from their original form (many medications are this way, as are many illicit drugs) and can be highly toxic. Consuming the fresh dilute urine of a healthy individual will cause you no direct medical harm. Do not consume concentrated urine (first morning urine/>6 hour urine), even within the bladder urine begins to break down after a few hours, some of those harmless compounds will have begun to degrade. Do not consume urine from someone taking medications that are contraindicated for you - men, be aware - your woman pees her birth control pills, you will be getting a dose of progesterone/estrogen (depending on her pill type)(yeah, one tiny dose now and then isn't likely to do you any harm). Do not consume urine from someone taking illicit drugs that you do not want to take. If your partner works in a toxin laden environment, be aware that you may be exposed to whatever your partner has been around (pesticides, heavy metals, chemical cleaners, inks, etc.). The "most pleasant" urine would be from a person abstaining from protein and fat rich foods for at least 24 hours, doing no exercise for a couple days, and drinking copious amounts of water. Substances known to impart strong odors (and one assumes flavors...) to urine include; coffee, tobacco, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, garlic, and shellfish. [Link] |

I might have thought twice about it but since I'd already licked their assholes and swallowed their cum anyway, I figured the piss couldn't really hurt. Anyway, assuming your BF is relatively healthy, piss won't kill you. I wouldn't sit around sipping it like water all the time but as part of a sex scene every now and then, it should be fine. It doesn't taste the greatest. It's pretty foul at worst and almost like water at best. Probably helps if you drink something that's a diuretic shortly after doing such a scene. Your own cells are not a contaminant to you. If you are healthy, have voided recently, and have no infections, it will contain very little to zero bacteria. In that sense (bacterial) urine is "sterile enough" and could be used to rinse a wound from heavy contaminants like soil or fecal material. It isn't the greatest rinse out there, because you're introducing waste chemicals to whatever you're rinsing, but it would be better than no rinse at all - by far. Rinsing your wound with someone else' urine would be introducing their cells to your body. This is actually likely to cause an inflammation, as your body would recognize those cells as foreign material. It might still be better than no rinse at all, as inflammation is not the same as infection, depending on the risk of other contaminants (like soil and fecal matter). All urine is not created equal. Urine from a diabetic is much more likely to have a higher bacterial count than urine from a healthy person, and very much more likely to carry Candida. A person with a bacterial (but not viral) infection of any kind is likely to have a higher bacteria load in their urine than a healthy person - obviously, a person with a UTI is going to have urine heavily loaded with bacteria (Generally, more than 100,000 bacteria of one organism per milliliter of urine indicates a urinary tract infection.). And, as I've mentioned previously, urine held for a long time in the body (>6 hours) is more likely to contain bacteria. If you do an yahoo image search on "urine microscopic" or "urinalysis" you should be able to find lots of pictures showing you what I look at in the lab. [Link] |
