....has anyone else noticed how many of our wonderful adult performers seem to experience a kind of religious ecstasy? You hear them call repeatedly for their God ' 'Oh my God! Oh my God!....sometimes they appear to believe that their co-performers have become God - 'Oh God, fuck me fuck me fuck me harder my God'.....this apparently divine experience, the appearance of our God as pumping flesh and blood, is almost ubiquitous in current porn, across all genres, fetishes and niches...
....in an era which has witnessed the almost total collapse of faith in western civilizations it is rather surprising that the major church institutions haven't latched onto the ecstatic vision of porn as an ideal vehicle to engage their straying flocks....

When the stars of porn are screaming out at the top of their lungs "Oh my God!" during an intense climaxing scene, I'm sure that religion is the furthest thing from their minds.
I think it is more in line with extreme emotions and extreme sex (or made to appear extreme).

Check out the bible, the seven sins, I don't know, but I've heard of mothers slapping their kids for using the word God, or Jeusus or whatever too many times and without a good reason.
Somone SHOULD know. But we're just porn freaks...

When I was in film school, a friend of mine actually wrote and directed a short film about a porn actress who was a bit of a dead fish performance-wise. The director (in the film) puts her through acting exercises, etc. to no effect. She finally is able to show passion in her work by finding passion for Christ. It was very funny! This thread reminded me of it.
