I think you'll find that many people here at ADT are in agreement with you. At least in that people are getting sick of the formulaic jerk to completion at the end of the majority of sex scenes.
Some creativity in how the pop is delivered would definitely add some spice to the way the average scene is shot. Unfortunately I think that just getting the cumshot can oftentimes be a headache without trying to get creative with it which is why there is not much variance.
