Agree 100%. I've always gone with Elegant Angel and Hard X due to the Intro to every scene, Alexis Texas and Kristina Rose butt rubbing looking like they loving it, Dana naked on a tred mill or Kagney and Shyla naked bouncing up and down on trampoline. After seeing so many failing projects going on again after having taken a hiatus, I have no illusion here. But seeing Darkko getting along with Pound Pussy or Angels of Debauchery could not be another failure of communicating the same standard and quality that once was I guess. And while I'm at it, I'd love to see Mason do some of her darker, grittier stuff again like Lady Fellatio or Dirty Trixxx. I'm sure she probably doesn't have the rights to the series seeing as they were done for Elegant. As a rule, I don't mind rough sex, but really dark, bordering on downright violent material rarely does anything for me except when Mason directs it. I think that's mostly because I felt like it was all coming from the right place - both from the director and the performers. I never got the impression that anyone was 'doing it for the money,' and that what I was watching was 100% consensual, safe, and sane. Some of Kink.com's stuff fits into the same mould, but there seems to be less admiration of the performers from behind the camera. With Mason, it's almost tangible in everything she does, whether it's a romantic, couples oriented scene or a girl licking cum off an abandoned warehouse floor.

draghixafan - I guess the main question when it comes to Mason revisiting her early styles is this; Does she actively and personally have interest in doing this kind of material any more? The beauty of her work has always been in its very personal nature - her genuine admiration of the performers and their bravery in pushing their own boundaries. So while I'd love to see her expand her current releases to include the type of material we're talking about, I'd only want to see it if it were coming from a very personal and honest place like it did in the early-mid 2000's. Anything less than that would be disappointing.
