Hello there Speed boozer i am open to all suggestions and all adult performers, money isn't an issue i do know it will be pricey but its worth it just need to find a studio that will shoot scenes, i am open to riley reynolds i watched her scenes before and like her myself, just have to drop an idea for example adriana chechik and mike adriano from there i will decide if I'm interested i am an open minded individual
I don't think it's impossible but if the content is to be exclusively for you, the odds will be stacked against you as it will become much more expensive since it has to be worth the studio's while disrupting their schedule for shooting a few scenes they can't sell to anyone else.
If you allow the studio to resell the content on DVD and/or online with an agreed revenue share, I'd expect the cost to you to come down a lot and you may find more studios showing interest. That said, I would expect all of them to demand a large non-refundable deposit (if not full payment) upfront from you or they will ask for an intrusive review of your financial records for proof of income to be confident you can afford their asking price.

^I'm going to take you at your word that you are a very rich person who doesn't mind paying an insane amount of money for one porn video. Since that's the case then I recommend you contact every studio you know and make your offer. Not sure which will believe you but maybe one of them will and then negotiation will begin. You would be better served in contacting the performers themselves seeing they are the ones that have the last word on your request. Riley Reid is one performer who shoots her own content and it's professionally done so you don't necessarily need to use a studio to get what you want.
Off the cuff thoughts... A tremendous waste of money. Not enough money to be an investor fully calling the shots, and you will likely be frustrated by limited creative control. To direct a porn scene the way you like (in my book) you need full control-and you need to know, and gel with, the performers. You need to minimize leaving things to interpretation, and you need to direct the action (ie communicate on set and beforehand) creatively, in a way that your performers 'get' and relate to. They're not robots.
If you're going to get in touch with people, get in touch with multiple parties separately (eg not just the performer or just production company) and eventually set up "exploratory" calls. Don't make assumptions.
Lastly, you're commissioning a scene, which is an artistic work (regardless of how mechanically porn scenes are often discussed). This isn't like having a custom, inanimate object built. There will necessarily be interpretations and liberties taken-sometimes at the very last minute. There's not going to be a warranty. You won't get your money back.

^^ I can't speak for Tony but you are asking an extremely vague question as a scene is not an absolute unless you want him to give the highest price he could name.
A market rate depends partly on the answers to these questions.
Who do you want to cast?
What kind of scene do you want? Solo? b/g? b/g/g? g/g? Gangbang/Blowbang?
What levels do you want from each of the female performers (if at least b/g hardcore)? Anal? DP? Vaginal only? BJ only? Lesbian?
What kind of set do you want?
What resale rights to you grant Tony?
You are leaving too much open to incorrect assumption and misinterpretation on a studio's part through no fault of their own. No slight on the studio but I agree with Zingerbrook that you could be setting yourself up for an expensive disappointment unless you hire the same director, cameraperson and performers who have consistently done what you like seeing on screen and even then that's no guarantee that you'll get the same end result.
I might add-and I've seen it happen before, as someone who's done custom work for people-once people like yourself have gone through the production process, the magic is often gone. Sorry if that sounds presumptions, or if I am making the wrong assumption, but it is often a true outcome for people who are in the production process for the first time. You could counter that somewhat by filming a separate BTS.

I can recommend you these 2 studios. I ordered 40 mins vids, very high quality and they adapted the script very accurately. Price is pricey but worth it.
I think it depends also who are the performers who you would pick for the scenes (if that matters). I mean, it does not have a lot of sense to contact a good but little producer who works mainly in Los Angeles to make scenes with performers who live in Florida because obviously even if it could be feasible the costs would probably be much higher. So do you know where the perfomers you would like to have in your scenes live and usually work?
