Hi, I don't really know what this is called in the porn world, but I love it. During some porn scenes the screen will split in 2. One screen shows the penis entering the body and the other shows the performers face. What is this called and where can I find these kinds of videos?

I haven't seen any such scenes, but this idea would probably work well for many porn fans.
Because the woman's reactions and responses to her guy is what makes the sex genuine in terms of feelings and emotions. Without such reactions and responses from her, it's just a mechanical interaction similar to a guy banging a plastic doll. Because a plastic doll has no mind, it has no feelings, and it cannot respond.
Viewers need to see reactions and responses from the woman to see her as a real woman, rather than just a mindless body.

^ That is where I first noticed it. However, I would like to find as much of it as possible. It really does it for me. Is there really not a name for it? I didn't realise it was such an exclusive thing.

Yes , exploitedcollegegirls started it , and now backroomcasting couch does it as well . When done right , it's absolutelt terrific , some of the anal scenes on ecg with the girls faces change slowly as they are taken anally are some of the best most intimate porn I have seen .

Getting the lady to smile at the guy, just before he enters her ass, produces the biggest change in her facial expression. That's the way to make it work well.
It works a lot better this way than having the lady start with a neutral facial expression. Because you get a better contrast between her smile and her inevitable gasp at the sudden anal feeling she gets from her cocky guy.
