Try some Loratadine (brand name is Claritin) which is available at the local pharmacy or Wal-Mart. The jumbo-size two-bottle package (120 doses, about $13) of the generic version (Loratadine) sold at Wal-Mart will work just as well, don't pay extra for the brand. That works for me. [Link]
