Well if YOU knew anything about the porn business then you would know that the companies in the porn industry ARE businesses. They legally register their logos, have tax id numbers, and maintain USC 2257 records.
They are legitimate businesses (they reap the rewards of being legitimate such as being able to sue because of piracy) and as legitimate businesses that partake in the benefits of the system should be made to play by the rules and follow US non-discrimination laws. You may consider pornstars "freelancers" but they are probably considered "independent contractors" and should adhere to the guidelines set forth by the company using their services. Pornstars who do escort services and offer 'other' services on the side is a different situation. In that situation she could discriminate all she wants. Because what she is doing is under the table and those 'other' services are probably illegal in most jurisdictions and classified as prostitution. And the government does not play referee in illegal activities.
