Hi, I am getting very frustrated at not being able to post GIF's like everybody else can seem to on Twitter. Every GIF generator I try online either encounters errors on upload, says the file is too big, or just does not let me edit it. So, I found a way to make one in Photoshop. I finally perfected it, saved it as HTML and Images as instructed on every tutorial site I checked out, and what happens? I can't upload it onto Twitter. So, I did a search for 'Posting GIF's Made in Photoshop onto Twitter' and I all I get was links telling me to upload the Image file, which is just a still image and NOT animated, and is too big anyway, even though I've reduced it to 500px. So, I keep getting links to Giphy but, again, another issue, this time "Sorry, we don't support that file type" of course . Other than this, there a NO links anywhere that simply tells me how to post a goddamn Photoshop GIF in HTML format. Can somebody please help me before I blow a gasket. Many thanks in advance .

According to Twitter's Help Center:
Animated GIFs have a maximum allowed filesize of 3 MB.
Filetype must be GIF.
It must be a looping GIF in order for proper animation play.
I think at least part of your problem is because the photoshop result is saved as HTML, instead of GIF.
