Adult Video Netherlands (now produced and distributed by Scala) has a couple of these. Like anything else, it depends on the actresses involved. I've been pretty happy with those appearing in AVN titles, both G/G and G/G/B.

Pregnant Pussy Lickers Vol. 1 from Starr Productions (took over Mother Productions) is probably your best bet. Mother released a lot of pregnant vids in a series called Pregnant Girls but most of them have b/g and its rare to find a hot g/g scene and Starr has been re-releasing them to DVD. Avica's Pregnants and Lesbians is not a very good quality vid but is all girl preg sex. Unfortunately it is hard to find anything good in this genre. There is a great scene with lactation of two pregnant girls going at it in Metro's compilation A Beautiful Muff (Eruptions 13).
