If you count the whole North America Alyssa Reece from Canada (born in europe) also did a scene in 2019, but that was filmed in Paris, and all scenes filmed by the Paris team where deleted by PB after those guys where involved in an investigation for several violations, although none of the violations where directly related to the scenes they filmed for PB, or the models involved in those scenes.

While in charge, Torbe & company were one of the the most innovative pornographic artists in the evolution of the Bukkake/Gokkun genre in quite a while.
They elevated the fetish to a perspective rarely available to dedicated aficionado's until a few years ago.
So far, since his departure, I haven't seen any similar artistic, progressive pornographic talent come along to rival or exceed his esoteric, erotic visions.

It's not quite right to say that Torbe was the one that launched PB. PB was launched and owned by a rich Ukrainian, Boris/Borys Malynovskyi, and he hired Torbe as director. Maybe it could be described as a joint venture. Torbe filmed the scenes following strict detailed instrucions from Boris. Torbe had the experience Boris needed, the studio, a bunch of reliable bukkakeros, and a great first cameraman. The original PB was basically like Putalocura on steroids, more structured with a big budget and detailed timelines for the scenes.

It's possible Boris is still the main owner of PB behind the front of Krystofer Lorens that @Kefka mention above, but I don't know.

And about "split scenes", during the covid years many of the scenes where made up of smaller parts of maybe 10-25 loads edited together to look like it was shot in one go. They don't do that anymore since about a year ago. What we talk about now is how they film two scenes in one day with the same model instead of one. But these scenes are filmed in one go, not edited together from smaller parts.
