Agreed. I haven't even watched Sophia Locke's scenes. Agreed there a fewer to choose from but Gloryhole Secrets has really dropped off in the last few years, don't forget Gloryhole Swallow, not what it was but still pretty decent. Whats relevant regarding delays is any deviation from the regular schedule on the site. Going by their own 5 day schedule a new main scene was supposed to be published on July 8, and after that a new main scene on July 13. But nothing so far...
And of course the right thing to do after recurring delays would be to compensate the members by posting some scenes outside the regular scedule, but well, that's not gonna happen...

^Yes. that's right, with a few exceptions all his models are named Lapiedra. Mellany Lapiedra is another more recent PB model that left and changed her name, she now calls herself Mellany Glow.
Some models keep the name Lapiedra even after leaving though.

None of these violations where directly connected to the scenes filmed for Premiumbukkake, but PB decided to cut all connections and remove the scenes.
