The site is a scam. The cost is very expensive. They announce a daily update which is a total lie. They do what they want, they never answer customers' messages. I do not recommend a monthly subscription. At most one month per year to download the material and then cancel it. There should be a massive cancellation of members so that they learn to respect them.
The amount of content and updates you get are atrocious. How can they disrespect their customers like that. I have subscribed for 3 months just this year as a diamond member. $100 per month for 2 or 3 updates is absurd. After Ramona #2 updates, there haven't been any new uploads for 2 weeks. They are milking their most loyal costumers like crazy. Other members are right, just subscribe once or max. twice a year.

My last subscription for one month was overcharged for 8.00. When I requested a refund of the overcharged amount I was asked to provide a screenshot of my bank statement. They could easily look at my account and correct errors, but I denied their request.
I suggest a massive deletion of accounts to show them the power that customers have and so they stop scamming people who trust them. Money Talks. They're going to have to get a serious job holding a shovel. The theme that they leave will be occupied by another site.
Excuses, excuses and more excuses. They never explain anything or apologize to their clients. They are unprofessional in managing the site but very fast in grabbing the money. They are vulgar liars. They film few scenes and intend to make them last for years so they can continue earning 100 dollars a month in exchange for very little.
Not impressed by PB, that is after more than two weeks with nothing. If they keep up like this, you are basically paying $100 for just 2 scenes. They just don't have the content to ask for that kind of money. PB must the most expensive subscription out there for so few content.
Is there really no way of reaching them? Customer service?
I have my own theory of what's going on: they don't earn enough money because of not enough subscribers (too expensive), therefore they can't afford to pay the girls and so they can't post the filmed scenes. Does this make sense? I think they struggle financially.
I'm not sure they listen. I remember the first time I wanted to join I chose silver and emailed them about upgrading to gold. But they told me to go for diamond. I said, nah, i'm good, gold is enough and they kept pushing for diamond over several emails. I didn't upgrade to diamond. It didn't feel good to do it, because that guy was so pushy. I let my subscription lapse and many months later I joined again and went for diamond.
About the girls and money. I'm sure the girls get paid after the shoot. I think the reason they don't follow their own update schedule is most likely because they don't have enought content, due to not having that much money to pay new girls. The subscriptions are just waaaaay too expensive. Imo it's better to ask for less money and get a lot of subscriptions than to ask for a lot of money with only a few hardcore fans. They are scarying people away by asking 40 per month without the ability to download. And it goes all the way up to 100. That's almost a years worth of subscription for other streaming services that offer movies and series.
All of the porn review sites have stopped doing business with them which speaks volumes. If I remember correctly the main issue is price. EvilAngel produces a lot of content, but charges far less.
I just checked Evilangel's website and they have 18.000 videos to watch and download from. They have a special offer which lets you pay €131 for 1 year and you can stream and download! That's honestly an amazing deal. They also have varied content. The thing is PB has a very specific content which is hard to find. So if you want extreme gokkun then I do have to admit PB does have something special going on for them. It's just that they are too greedy. Which is very unfortunate.
You can't seriously compare a small niche site like PB to a site like Evilangel who are contracting and distributing content from mutliple directors. Thats like comparing a small corner store to Amazon.
Btw just read on the EBI forum PB thread that the reason for the delays seems to be a lack of money, they have not been able to pay everyone in the production chain, which brought everything to a halt, despite having several scenes already filmed.
I was not comparing in the least bit. It's about marketing and PB just doesn't get it! EvilAngel understands it well, but PB doesn't. Furthermore, why would the porn review sites stop doing business with PB? Not just one, but all.
One complaint I have is that many of the men have weight problems, which is a turnoff. Whereas, the women range from attractive, to beautiful, and makeup is tasteful.

Anyway, after multiple delays, skipped updates, and false marketing (Daily updates), they finally post a scene, but still pretend like nothing, no comments or apologies on the site. It's just awful customer communication. I'm a Diamond member since long, I want to support them, but they are really stretching my patience.
Bottom line is: they can't defend the insane price anymore. Luckily I only pay $50, but even that is way too much right now. They must do something! Also change the ridiculous 'daily updates now' to 'monthly updates now'...
I will very likely cancel my membership this month.

^Those photosets will probably be posted eventually, they are often late with the photosets, and it's not unusual that download links are missing for some time.
You can use the link "Report Problem" for the relevant video and click on "Photos or caps are missing" to remind them, that's what I do. And I usually post a comment about it as well.
It's like they don't have enough resources to keep the website up to date. The site seems to be very outdated, demands lots manual admin, they constantly miss posting or updating things like the photos, model pages, links etc.
^After my reply to you here I did send an email to PB support about Perla and Agustina photos, seems like that made them fix Agustinas links. Or maybe it's just a coincidence. Perla photos still missing.

Too many gloryhole scenes the past few weeks...I looking forward to Sadie Summers #2, presuming that is coming at some point. Her first scene was a gloryhole scene a few weeks ago. Sadie, previously known as either Tobi Pacific or Vanessa, was one of the favorite stars in the late 90's / early 2000s website, cumonherface.com.
