Awesome!! I was hoping when we first heard about this scene being shot and how much she had struggled, I had been hoping we'd get some serious facials out of it and it has actually happened!!! Thanks for the quick reply and yes I see the diamond status at the top and in the details. I've tried downloading very early videos and streaming and nothing. Also it happens with screencaps too, I view the screencaps and only 2 or 3 show the others are blank and when I look in the browser console it shows 403 Forbidden against most of the thumbnails. I am using a VPN and wondered if that was an issue, have tried different locations and nothing seems to work.
^Hmm, sounds like you have to wait for support to get in touch, in my experience they are usuallly very helpful. I do remember seeing someone having problems with blocked region or VPN, can't remember the details though. If possible maybe you should try to log in without the vpn?
^ Thanks I've just been brave and tried without VPN and it works ok, I'm using ExpressVPN which has a decent rep, so while not a long term solution it does look like VPN related. The weird issue now is every time I click on a download it plays the video and doesn't add to download q. More googling required. Thanks again for your help, it's great to be a sub again :-)
^You have to right klick on the download link and then klick "Save as" to download.
Btw, I would be careful about playing around with the VPN locations to much. As things usually work everytime you log on from a different and new location the system block you and send a verification email to the email you used to register, and you have to verify it's you. If it suddenly seems like several users use your ID from different locations it might be a problem.
^Thanks, yes after signing up for the account and running into the 403 issue, I tried some different locations and was blocked. I didn't get an email but the screen said to contact support, which I did and they unblocked my account (very responsive) and said the same as you with regard to multiple logins close together from different regions. They did say if you leave it a while between logins from different locations it would be ok. So fellow noobs be warned :-)
Just watched a portion of the Kechteni video until the break (which PB makes a mistake by calling her Rousse). I have to say, she does look pretty here. But she seems so confused at what to do. Not sure if it's due to recent subs but my downloads are being throttled to death. I'm getting 100k/sec and it's lucky if they complete at all and I'm not downloading loads probably managed about 30 in a week. I have no issues with any other site or subscription and my connection is fine and get 7MB/sec usually. I've asked support what going but any other subs seeing the same issue?
^Yes downloads are superslow, almost standing still, gonna take the whole night for one file with this speed. Don't know the reason but I also had problems reaching the site at all this morning. I should add that I usually don't have any problems with download speed on PB, it happens but not at all to this degree.
They also have had problems uploading 4K videos in time for some weeks, usually the 4K versions are posted a couple or several days late. Support only refer to "technical problems".

With regard to 4k it's certainly weird it takes so long to release, you'd expect them to render out at 4K then convert to the rest. Unless they are struggling with bandwidth and don't want everyone to hit the 4K scene as soon as it's released. I have noticed that some 4K scenes recently look like they are lower res but just converted up to 4K. Emily Travels Gloryhole for example is 4K with a 20mbps bitrate but almost looks 720, the definition is really bad, in contrast the Yessica Bunny 4K looks sharp and decent and that is 22mbps.
I've been a Diamond/Platinum memeber for years now. PB is a great sire that has had its ups and downs. Some bad models and bad shoots through the years but overall great scenes are more than 50% so that is all you can ask. The real issue is all us porn lovers have significantly different tatses (excuse the pun) and what we want to see. Only real answer to that is own your own company and have the shoots you want. Don't know if anyone else here has already asked this, or if there are others also experiencing it, but is anyone else having problems streaming videos from the site on mobile?
For whatever reason, I can't get videos to load and I've tried various browsers on mobile: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.
If anyone has a fix or knows a way around this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
As per the previous few messages there are downloading (and streaming) issues with the site at the moment with varying rates, however as I am writing this message mine is working at full speed but that might change later in the day.
Another issue I had was VPN access, I couldn't download or stream with my ExpressVPN account at all, I had to switch to Nord to get and streaming or downloads.
Just tried downloading from the site, not getting anywhere. The download starts then fails after a few seconds. Looks like there's a way to go yet before this is fixed.
