Why would you stick it up a girls ass if you are THAT worried about it getting dirty?? Most girls just use enema bags full of water to flush or the throw away saline enemas in most drug stores.. An alternative to dumping and refilling (kind of defeats the purpose of a sterile, single use, pre-filled product) would be to use a Fleet Natural.
