Negligence and personal injury isn't my area of law, and I will be careful in the way I word this given Adriana's suit is potentially one of multiple stemming from this single incident.
At first glance this is pretty open-and-shut. To prove negligence, you are required to answer 4 questions:
a) Is there a duty of care owed? b) Is that duty breached? c) Is the breach foreseeable? d) Is there loss caused by the breach?
^Again, it's a foam pit, not going free solo on El Capitan. Get some perspective. I would have done the same thing if I was standing above a hole filled with foam and I'm hardly an extreme sports enthusiast.
Doubt you would have jumped high & done the splits like she did, neither did the others injured jumping into it-who appear to have twisted ankles etc, not crushed bones & having to pee through a catheter. How many more warnings did one person need? Having to get surgeries for her extreme trampolining & whatever else she was up to, the endless wasp attacks which resulted in emergency visits, the fiasco overseas of her bike stunts that went wrong, all kinds of nonsense & then flying back home & doing a 24 hour live stream with no rest? Her body is clearly not a strong one designed for the punishment she keeps dishing out to it.
Yeah it's almost like they weren't expecting concrete under a 2 foot layer of foam cubes. I don't think she deserves any fault for that, the level of negligence that went into this on twitch's part is insane and all the legal action coming their way is well deserved.

It would NOT have happened at all if whoever created the foam thing had done a better job. Let the lawyers deal with that one, that's what they get paid for.

I just wanted to ask here, based on her IG updates, is anyone else concerned about Adriana's medication and her long-term health as a result of it?
I've noticed in her updates, she's slurring words somewhat and I cannot imagine what kind of excruciating pain she's suffering right now, so understand she's on high-strength painkillers (which probably aren't doing much anyway) but I would really hope she's got the right support network around her to prevent addiction or long-term issues with the medication, she's a great person who deserves a post-porn career and I just worry for her health after this saga (and as a fan of Madison Ivy, I can appreciate that these things take a lot longer than anyone thinks)

based on the injuries she has it's a sure bet she's on opiates for the pain because nsids won't cut it. yes I agree hopefully her drs have a pain management plan for her which im pretty sure is going to be complicated thanks to her thyroid issues. and i really hope she and the other injured folks file a class action against twitch AND lenovo for their negligence,
I'm glad she is already feeling better and able to stand up and walking ... but is it really necessary to attend to an industry party (she was at Motley Models manor) just few days after her last back surgery where someone could hit without intention and make you fall worsening the whole situation?
Ok, the pit accident was not her fault and she was already emotionally down before because in September one of her dogs went missing and very likely died; so seeing industry friends and go out could help her to overcome this awful moment of her life. But as other user have already said she need to set limits (eg. her numerous previous accidents) if she doesn't want to regret her current actions for the rest of life, especially now she is recovering from really severe injury.
I wish her a full recovery but it will be a long arduous way. 🙏
I am sure Adriana has a good brain and knows what she is doing. I am sure she has a good medical team working with her and she'll be heeding their advice.

If anyone had bothered to watch even snippets of her Holly Randall Unfiltered episode, you would know she wants to become a life coach and help people get to a better place. Her retirement has been coming LONG before this injury folks.
You may be right. However, for now I think we should show Adriana support. Life sometimes takes strange unpredictable turns. I am sure Adriana will be successfully in whatever she does in the future.

She had already quit porn via Holly Randall Unfiltered but that tweet highlights a familiar complaint and issue I notice with alot of performers where the fans no longer see them as being humans but rather as slaves. As though somehow EVERYTHING fans demand a performer do, they must do or risk harassment and threats.

I stand corrected. I'm hoping she could be just saying these things to get guys to back off and let her get on with life outside of porn. There are some genuine creepy guys out there. I know there's at least one popular performer who disappeared entirely after some guy started sending details of her porn work to her family.

Happy that Adriana gave us some of the most energetic DogFart scenes on the network. These two are the most memorable for me.

So, Adriana and I were never meant to be. I understand her appeal though, even if she was not one of my personal favourites.
