It`s unbelieveable. The polish goverment decided that you have to into prison for one when you buy a porn film. You have to go for two years into prison when you sell porn films.
It´s imporant to save the children. Everybody who makes porn films with children has to go prison until the end of his life.
But for the normal porn looking. I can`t believe that this is possible today. I hope that the Europian Union will say NO TO THAT NONSENS.
We must help all the polish pornfans

That's what you get for being Catholic I guess.
But a link to a news story or some factual information would be nice, when googling I found this, which is seven years old. Was it passed back then? What's the current status of the legislation? Links are needed.
I got this message from the austrian television homepage.
www.orf.at
Sorry but I have this informatio only in German.
What the fuck does it say lolI agree with you. What lawmakers need to do is add the death penalty to any morality legislation for priests, ministers, preachers, prosecutors, politicians, and police who violate morality laws laws and for any officials covering up for them.
If they want morality legislation they should have to pay the ultimate price for breaking morality laws.
Can anyone tell what this means? Not word for word just an overview

It says that a coalition led by conservative government party PiS want pornography banned and that a new legislation will be up for vote in parliament in two weeks. Since the entire government coalition supports a ban, it has good chances of being passed. According to the proposal, you can be sentenced to up to a year in prison for posessing pornographic photos or movies, two years to spread/sell. Currently only child porn (children under 15) is banned in Poland. Then there's some recollection of a similar law from 1969 that didn't work that well, some layer that claim it's unconstitutional and some representative from a human rights organization warning about the use of censorship, e.g. of foreign websites.
I searched Google News for more information, but I found only one article in English, so take it with a grain of salt, since I don't know if the source is trustworthy.
Poland prohibiting porn - as a member of the European Union ? LMAO ! Maybe they know not what they do ?! Perhaps they plan to ban porn in Germany next. Then I'll say goodbye.
Well Poland or any other country including the US can pass any law they want too. But they don’t control the whole world.
The US is in the middle of learning that lesson right now.
Internet gambling is illegal in the US, but goes on any way. It just offshore. Social conservatives have attempted to stop it with laws on credit cards. But big business that really controls the conservatives won’t let them pass laws on international financial transaction.
Porn will just go offshore where they will have no control over any of it. Internet porn will just get bigger. If they try to control it with Internet providers (like they try to do with child porn now) Internet providers will go offshore too. And of course computer geeks will find away for us to bypass filters and traps.
All that will happen is Poland will create a black market for porn. They can’t put everyone in prison for owning porn. As soon as they put someone in prison for porn the public will make them change the law.
