You don't here. You send then an e-mail by clicking the envelope button at the top of their posts. Unfortunately, sometimes people elect not to receive e-mails from ADT, or they no longer use the e-mail address they signed up with, or at least never check that address anymore, or ADt e-mail goes to their spam folder and they never check that.
