Hey all. Ive been going out with my gf for 5 yrs. We used to go at it like crazy...upto 3-4 times a day sometimes! But now, we only do it about once or twice on the weekends coz we're pretty busy with work and other things. When we get around to doing it, i come pretty quickly...say 1-2mins. I dont have a problem getting it up, and ive never really had a problem of coming too quickly before (and usually if i did i used to get it back up pretty quick anyways but its just not happening these days). I dont know what to do, and im sure its all in the mind. I try to think unsexy thoughts but it doesnt always work. I do find her and her body attractive and i know thats probably contributing to the 'excitement' and thus, the coming so quickly. Anyone been through a similar problem and what did you do? Thanks.
Do you feel unsatisfied with your sexual experience? Does your partner? Sometimes "long enough" is not the issue you may be afraid it is. If you feel good after you've gotten off, and your partner feels good after you've gotten of - guess what, you lasted long enough. If you or your partner are unsatisfied, then maybe there is a little issue. You might consider masturbating more often (if you think sexual tension is contributing, since you don't have sex as often as you used to), you might consider some of the mild numbing agents available at your local adult products store (they don't usually last too long if you use just a little, and if your excitement is really in your mind, they shouldn't effect your erection at all), or you might talk it over with your parter and ask for some help delaying your orgasm. There are LOTS of ways to do that together. (get a nice book for couples, there are hundreds)
Most important of all, DON'T worry about it!! The more you focus on it the more likely you are to make it into a problem.

I can't imagine being to busy for sex. Sounds like you need to get your priorities straight.
Jack yourself off an hour or so before you bang her. That should prolong things long enough.
