Has anyone else had a problem with Excalibur Films? I recently placed an order with them for 4 movies. They sent me the wrong movies and, when I returned them, they sent the same 4 movies back to me again. When I called them I was told that I could not return them because someone noticed that they had been opened, which was bogus because I never took them out of the shipping box.

This ticks me off because I had heard that they were good to buy from, but it seems like that is not true. I ended up selling the movies to a buddy of mine for $5.00 each just to get some money back.

Anyone else have problems with them?

I had problems with Hitflix which is Excalibur's online rental service. They were slowing down my rentals and blaming it on the Post office and of course when I cancelled my membership I got charged for an extra month because they say it took 6 days for my returns to come in instead of the normal 3-4 days. I really don't think Excalibur is a trustworthy company and I would not use them again in the future.

i really never have had problems with Excalibur, but I havent been shopping with them as much lately... The only problem I have had is that one or two items will go on back order, and then they dont get my request in for a substitute dvd in time and just send me the dvd that I have gotten from another distributor by that time....

I've had about the same results with them. Not bad but not the best.

I cancelled my membership to HITFLIX AKA Excalibur and they are still charging my credit card. I am going to have to pay $30 to block them from my account. Watch those Hitflix folks they will steal your money.
