You can see this funny scene at the end of the DVD. You see Kinky sit on the toilet and Mr. Marcus and DAve stands for her.
I don´t know if it is a joke or anyting else but after Mr. Marcus says "Open your Mouth" The film ended in with a Black Picture.

It would be really interesting if Anabolic have a black Room, where they shoot their forbidden things :-)

I know they don´t show the piss but here in Germany you could see this. But nobody here release their movies.

Pissing in American Porn is ... ummm ... a delicate topic. That is stepping to the edge (the line) of what is acceptable and what is not.

I may not be 100% correct, but I think it's acceptable to piss in the toilet, on the side of the road, in the woods, on the ground, but not on someone.

Hustler has done it in some of their magazines and videos, but in the context I have mentioned.

So in the GB movie, it is implied at the end that they piss on the girl.
