I've had pretty good luck the last couple years with their used titles, only three discs that had real problems. But one in particular was so bad that it's made me question their pricing structure and what they consider "acceptable" condition. Two titles I recently picked up: an older one that was $14.48, and a more recent one that was $8.77. I figured the more recent one was cheaper because it was a little banged up, but to my surprise when it came it was in beautiful condition and played perfectly. There wasn't so much as a scratch on the bottom. The $14.48 title, however, was in such bad condition that I wonder how anyone could possibly have looked at it and found it "acceptable." There were not only scratches covering pretty much every conceivable part of the bottom, but there was actually a divot, a small chunk missing from what should have been the readable side of the disc. It looked like Mini Me had been playing golf on it. I know ADE has a no returns or exchanges policy on used discs, but someone there really needs to pay more attention to what they sell used, because this one experience, despite mostly otherwise good luck, has made me reluctant to buy used from there again.
