Okay, I'm thinking more and more about switching over after hearing people further east than me getting a significantly faster turnaround on discs than I am with XRent. My biggest problem with them is their smaller selection since I'm mostly renting fetish stuff. Bush says that they're constantly adding to their selection. What kind of results have people had on requesting titles to be added?

So I guess it depends on what fetish stuff you're looking for! They've always been very responsive to my requests, and seeing that they're adding a lot of titles from studios I haven't heard of (or who do their own distribution through a web site), I wouldn't think they would have a problem buying something on request.
Twice I requested Private titles to be added. The first time they asked me to name some specific titles that I wanted to see them carry. The second time I just sent them a list. Both times they had the titles in the time frame they said (a month or two).
Yet, recently I asked about a Hardcore studio that they don't carry and was told at this time, for legal reasons, it will remain something that they won't rent or sell.
I closely watch their new additions weekly and do see unknown (to me) titles and studios added all the time. At the very least you'll get some sort of answer back.
I've got 300+ titles in my queue, so I am set for the year.

I know this thread is a little old, but I do have a small question regarding Bush. With xrent I could tell if a movie was out or in before I subscribed, but at Bush there is no way, or at least I can't find one. I would really like to know before I switch. How long does one have to wait to get a title? Thanks!

I would say that I get the top two titles in my queue definitely more than half the time, and it's probably more like 3 times out of 4. Every time I don't get my #1 title, it's because it's the first week of release for a very popular disc (the last time it was Invasian). And by the next cycle, I usually get it. They do pretty good... maybe a little better than my experience with Xrent, but not by much. All I can say is that I switched from Xrent to Bush (after a couple months of using both simultaneously) and I don't regret it at all.
Probably less than 20% in my queue are out of stock. A few, I've noticed, have been out of stock (shows "short wait") for awhile, but as I've posted up there, I have hundreds in my queue.
If you want me too, list a few titles that you like me to check and I'll add them to my queue and let you know the status.)
A couple of days ago I put in a request for 12 titles that Bush didn't carry, and they wrote back the next day saying they would add them to their orders and they should be available within about three weeks. Granted, they were all from common studios (EA, Wicked, Private, VCA, Vivid), but I think that's excellent service.
Was the studio you asked about JM Productions by any chance? Because I've noticed that with the exception of some older Y&A titles, they don't have any JM stuff. This includes the stuff they distribute for Francesca Le and Mark Wood. I'm probably going to join Bush soon, but if I search their site for the list of movies I haven't seen yet but want to, the JM stuff stands out as not being there.
No. Twice I've asked about some Private titles. They added them in the timeframe they said they would. I've also asked about a few specific titles from studios they currently carry. I've also asked about Max Hardcore and was told that due to advice from their lawyer, they wouldn't be selling or renting Max Hardcore - at this time.
Just a follow up that Bush added almost all of the titles I asked about within a couple of weeks, and today, they added the final of the 12 that I asked about. That's great customer service in my book.
I'm slowly switching to Bush. I'm still with XRent to finish up a few titles that Bush didn't have and which looked hard for them to get. I'm very impressed with Bush so far. Their shipping has been much quicker than XRent and although they haven't added the titles I requested, they told me right away that the ones I wanted weren't from people they regularly deal with. I was told they'd add them but that it would take longer than the few weeks most people are seeing. Most of the ones I was wanting were fetish titles and smaller studios, so I can understand them taking a little while longer than stuff from the big companies. I was impressed that Bush not only replied very promptly to my request (including a suggestion or two for the overall site), but that they said they'd be adding my requests even though they were from smaller studios that didn't have as much demand.

I made the move to bushdvd a month or so ago, and so far the experience has been fine. They add new titles often, and I did email them with some suggestions and 3 of the 4 were added in a week.
Hmmm, a month ago I asked about adding Glazed and Confused parts 1 and 2 since I like part 3 so much. Haven't been added yet.
It bothers me, since I didn't have the proper backstory for part 3, there were parts I didn't understand. *wink wink* Sure, you might say it is just a cumshot movie, but is that all it is?
