Anyone ever have shipping delays or lost packages when buying from XRent DVD? I usually order my DVDs via regular first class mail and get them in about two days because I am in California. I have recently ordered two DVDs with them over a week ago and have not received them. I sent them about four emails and barely got a response back. It just said to check with their automated system online. The problem is that my order is not even listed there. Only my most recent rentals that I have out.

I've having a hard time getting an actual response from these guys. This is the first time I've had shipping problems though. I don't know if my order was lost or what.

yeah I've noticed they ain't the fastest but then again compared to bushdvd they are really slow!
Anyways you should've recieved a confirmation email at least I know I did when I reported a lost dvd to them.
I'd say try again and if that don't work willing to get on the phone I'm sure will work wonders.

I haven't had a problem with XRent DVD so far and so far I'm impressed with how fast they ship. I was gonna start a thread but I'll just use this one.

I was just curious about the amount of number of copies XRent DVD has for each title because it seems like all the hottest movies from Ass Worship 1 to Service Animals 16 are out frequently.

Our buyers try their best to purchase enough copies that everyone that wants a title can rent it in the first month. We also purchase more if we see that we don't have enough for demand. After the 30 day mark, most titles become available to our Preferred rental program and availability will depend on how many people have it at the top of their queue.

If you are interested in renting and we don't have it available then make sure to add it to your wishlist. We keep an eye on wishlist items that we are out of. If you want to purchase it then just place your order because we fill those as quickly as possible (usually within a week).

I'm not sure why SickNick had a delay, but almost every order that is placed before 6pm PST is packed and brought the same day to the main USPS distribution center for Orange County, CA. There isn't any higher up the postal chain that we can submit things.
