If the scenario is a romantic one the actor will avoid hurting girl`s cervix, uterus with deep, strong penetrations and do his best co comfort her, make her feel good.
If the scenario is a hard one, the male performer will go straight for the cervix and the woman will immediately express discomfort and pain, screams, etc which is intended to be obtained from her.
