i think here is the right place to shout that out, that so maybe somebody of RDL hears it.
about a month ago i contacted RDL to ask if it is possible to get the RDL shirts shipped to europe too, cause on their site you cant select europe as shipping destination. i waited and waited sent my question again, but didnt get any answer at all. this is quite a dissapointing way to tread customers, isnt it? i even told them that i can pick it up in budapest too ... but no reply either :)

ok guys ... here are some folks quite unhappy so plz let us know what to do, or we contact steve (JA-genau!!!) in german :)

Yeah, they're not the greatest. I joined their paysite a few months ago and had trouble viewing their movies. I have a Mac and asked if there was anything I needed to download (ie. which version of Windows Media) and they told me that they don't bother optimising their site for Macs, as they are such a small share of their market. On the one hand, that's kind of BS to begin with, and on the other, I was merely asking for some technical support. I felt pretty blown off and never joined again. They do some great stuff and, at the time, I'd seen most of their stuff on VHS, so the bonus content they put up seemed well worth the monthly sign-up fee. In the end, I just felt like it was $30 wasted and felt like they didn't really give a damn about their customers. Oh, well...they do make some great flix, though.

We have some Redlight T-Shirts, white, size XL (and Baseball Caps, black) in stock. Although we cannot give them away for free since we also had to pay for them.
