What I find works, for whatever reason, is to hit the refresh button if the task hasn't completed after a minute. Sometimes I have to do that three or four times, but it ends up working more often than not.

PS - I gave up trying to set all items read from the main forum page ages ago. I do it by individual forums. [Link] |
