Hi all, could you recommend a online store that is reliable with good email feedback, reasonably priced, with low cost shipping charges and also stocks the latest titles? I have only used DVDXTREME.COM, and they never reply to any emails which really helps when an order goes missing, so am looking to replace them with someone else.
Lasers Edge are my number one preference. They have a low cost air mail shipping charge $1.99 flat rate and reasonably priced dvds. They tend to stock most of the latest titles and delivery is usually within two weeks. Only snag in the past has been they sometimes take a week or two to get titles in stock but this has been improved lately. AdultDVDNow are very reliable for delivery and excellent customer service although their prices have increased lots over the past year and in my opinion are no longer as competitive as LEdge! Alternatives to these would be Erodvd and Erovideo for good deals on Private titles and other European productions and they have even started to stock Night Trips and Shiva (Evil angel/Elegant Angel), Shipping is free, customer service is excellent, shipment is within a week and prices are good.
Flinty is bang on about Laser's Edge. Shipping costs are a big plus (even their charges for courier delivery seem lower than others, handy if you are in a rush) though they do take a little too long to get things in stock, and some titles never appear in their catalogue. Otherwise, I totally recommend them.
EroDVD are good too, though I found they didn't deliver things as quickly as other people suggest, and they had some problems with my credit card. Their customer service is pretty decent. And their prices are very low - the latest Private releases are about £12 odd! No shipping charges.
If you want very fast delivery, but at a cost, Orgazmik are very good indeed, with great customer service too. I have never had any problems with them at all. If they have something in stock, I find they generally deliver it via the letter air mail in around 2-3 days. First class, but pricy.
I agree with Flinty and Gabriel Nine. I have tried many companies and think the best have been summarised for US and Euro orders.
I have also used AdultDVDEmpire many times with no problems and they have good sales/offers now and again. Also they have an inventory that is second to none and they restock quickly. I have used FiveStar also with no problems but they are are always out of stock with sale lines and they take a long time to restock. Being impatient I end up look elsewhere.
i get DVD's through GLOBAL PRIORITY LETTER method which means they can get more than 1 in , and keep the cost down. and i get my DVD's in 6 FULL days (4 working)
dont know about response, as i have had NOWT go wrong.
Fivestardvd are RECOMMENDED i give them 9/10 (1 being emails, which i have never sent)

I'd be interested to know about any other Euro-based sites that do some US titles. So far, I've used Orgazmik and EroDVD and I'm thinking about using CyberDVDX.
Orgazmik seem to have a decent range, but with some odd gaps such as none of the Barely Legal titles even though they have other Hustler films. They are a bit pricier than the US sites, but the shipping is fast (ordered one day, posted the following and recieved 48 hrs later, no customs hassle).
EroDVD are very cheap and delivery is quick (3 days from order to delivery, no customs hassle either). The only gripe for me is that they don't indicate which films are in stock, and their range of studios like Evil Angel, Hustler and US ones is not that extensive. If you want Private titles, then go to EroDVD - cheap and fast.
I've also used Statesidedvduk a few times. Not the fastest service (order to delivery around 10-14 days) or the cheapest, but they ship from within the UK, so no customs people are involved (I assume). Stock doesn't change very often unfortunately.
I've tried Lasers Edge, but whenever I order a title it seems to go onto backorder... you can't tell beforehand.
All the above have been helpful via email when needed.
Those gaps are caused due a nice law in Switzerland that prohibits us to sell titles that have urinal scenes in it. So therefor we cannot offer a lot of Hustler titles because they contain peeing.
